We visited on a very hot day. The farm was clean and well looked after. Although it was busy there were many places where we were alone which was nice. The cafe was reasonable and the food was not too expensive. Most importantly the animals were very well cared for. The petting Barn was supervised and I saw staff rotating... More

We visited here last Wednesday (23rd July '14). It's a lovely place with loads to do for children. It was a very hot day and fairly busy. I would say for the most part it is families with under 10s who'll get the best out of the farm. There's birds of prey displays, pig racing, adventure parks, gardens, walks and... More

We visited here on Monday with a 1 1/2 year old and a 4 month old. It was an excellent day. There were plenty of opportunities to get up close to the animals. The variety on show was vast, the meet the animals in the children's barn enabled you to touch rabbits, chickens, guinea pigs, sheep, ducks, piglets and goats.... More

This is the third year running we have been with our grandchildren and they always enjoy their visit. This year for the first time when we arrived the rabbits etc were out on their straw bails and the children were able to stroke them. We were also able to watch the birds of prey display and Horace and his handler... More

This is something not to be missed! The half day is packed with information and you get to have the birds come to you and be a "lure" too. Our Falconer has a good rapport with his birds so they were all calm and came to his call. We loved best the walk through the woods with the Harris Hawk... More

Firstly I would like to say that I know this place probably isn't aimed at a couple in their late 20s but I have been to places like this before, really enjoyed them and rated them 5 stars. I recently went to a smaller farm and gave that 5 stars. So people like us can be catered for although if... More

We’re sorry that you didn't have an enjoyable experience with us, and have passed your thoughts on to the Farm Manager, who will be sending somebody out to clear away the cobwebs from the outdoor farm buildings. Although we also appreciate your concerns about the nests, they are an important part of our natural farm environment, and will be cleared... More

My partner and I had a lovely day out here, the restaurant was great, seeing the animals was a lot of fun and the playgrounds had "adult size" equipment (the zip wire was particularly fun). Great day out would highly recommend it!

We went as a family, 2 adults and 2 'kids' (20 and 23!) and we loved it. We have been many times before and went among the first visitors to the park in 1992. One of the main draws is the cuddle corner where they have piglets, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, ducks, a jersey cow, goats and sheep. The piglets... More
