Where to start? This place is huge! Most rare breeds farms take about an hour to walk round, but this is a full day out. There are several play grounds catering for all ages. The soft play is a great addition. There are nice walks, picnic areas, plenty of animals. The restaurant was spacious and had lots to choose from.... More

we took our 18 month old toddle to RBC and it was cold but sunny. The staff were helpful and the canteen looked after us very well. To be nibbled by piglets was a highlight for our little one. Her favourite was a black duck who needed a cuddle and narrowly avoided being kissed.

Visited with my sister and her 17 month old son. We came on an unexpectedly great weather day in February half term. It was obvious that no one expected it to be as busy as it was, just as we arrived the overflow car park was being opened and my sister said it was busier than when she had last... More

We went with some friends and our2 and 4 year olds. We were so impressed with the animals especially the variety you are able to touch and see up closer. The whole place although very muddy felt clean and looked after. All the staff we ran into were friendly and my son loved the trailer ride. Excellent range of play... More

I bought my husband a full-day falconry experience for Christmas and I was able to go with him to take photos and meet the birds. It was an amazing day - I never though I'd be able to say that we took a Hawk for a Walk!!! But we did and Ronnie followed our every move (although he did get... More

We were lucky enough to visit on a clear dry day, unusual for early January and found the centre perfect for two young boys 7 and 8 to let off steam. First we visited the animal enclosures where the children could get up close to pigs, chickens, goats and ducks, then called in to Creepy Crawly World and marvelled at... More

I don't know who was more excited about this trip, my godson or me! We had timed seats for santa & sat on hay bales while a wonderfully jolly santa cracked jokes for all and it was way more fun than a traditional grotto. The animals were a delight and I got to live out my childhood Charlotte's Web fantasy... More

What a great place to take our 5 and 2 year old grandchildren to see Santa. Too many good things to mention here. Great value for a whole day of keeping them entertained.

Absolutely wonderful. This was my surprise birthday present and I couldn't have been more delighted. In fact, I was enraptured!! I would fully recommend the half, or full day. Colin the Falconer is a font of knowledge and is obviously passionate about the birds and their well-being. If anyone wants a really 'feelgood' day out, this is a must. Also,... More

I visited here with my 10 month old daughter for the first time, along with my parents and in laws. I thought that the majority of the animals looked very well cared for, but when we got to the big pigs, 2 staff were attempting to put a tag through the pigs ear. One had a twitch in its mouth... We’re very sorry that you found the pigs being tagged a particularly distressing experience. We are aware that pigs can make a large amount of noise, and would like to reassure you that this is a normal... More
