It is astonishing how frustrating a car park can be... Despite the fact that the shopping centre is decent, with good shops (Marks and Spencer, Debenhams, Ernest Jones, Patisserie Valerie, etc.) and very helpful staff, the car park is an absolute nightmare: poor signage, design similar to a maze, one needs from 5-20 (!) minutes to find a space in... The actual shopping centre is OK, not the best, but certainly not the worse I have ever visited. The thing that spoiled my visit was the car park, I'm sure cars are just let in regardless of whether there is a actual space or not - In other car parks it's strictly a one in, one out arrangement, but not... I visited mainly for Debenhams so wasn't disappointed. The old Bromley was so much better tho, with the department stores which have sadly gone. Main complaint is the parking charges, quite expensive and nothing free I could find without walking a fair distance.

Bromley High Street is so easy to get to by train and there are lots of bus routes so it makes it easy to access this shopping centre. Bromley town centre is a nice area with all the shops you could want for everyday shopping. Intu has all the usual including a M & S. If I want more upmarket... More

Although I live nearer croydon I prefer coming to shop in bromley. The centre is nicer and it has a good selection of shops. It's not too busy on a Sunday so you can't shop in relative peace.

Tucked behind the pedestrianised High Street this mall runs from Boots and the northern end down to the coffee shops at the other. Two levels of slightly upscale shoppingwith parking on the roof above. There is a good Trespass Outlet and the biggest Marks & Spensers outside Oxford Street which makes the detour all worth it. Self-service trays to collect... More

Bromley is seriously lacking a decent department store. Debenhams just doesn't cut it. Why there is no John Lewis or House of Fraser I just don't understand and why of why the council saw fit to change the name from the perfectly acceptable "The Glades" to the ridiculous text-speak and ill-spelled "Intu" centre - don't they know it should be... For such a big centre the lack of shops surprised me. Always looks like its closing down due to the recession. Great for locals but for others no need to travel there.

Nice big place with a lot of stores and cafes. Disney store, hair salons, several clothes shops, M&S. Debenhams and a lot more.
