I recently took my neices (aged 7 and 9) here and I have to say it was a real surprise how lovely it is there! There's a sandpit and play area for small children and then big slides down to a playground for slightly older children. There's also a small skate park and a couple of tennis courts. It's a... Located just a short walk from the town centre, and open from 7:30am weekdays, this park provides a lovely respite from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. There are two play areas for very young children, a sand pit and a play area with lots of equipment. For older children there are basketball and tennis courts, as well... More

I have visited this park many many times since the 1950s, it has changed somewhat, there is no longer a bandstand or a boating pond, but the main pond/lake is still in situ, the toilet facilities have improved over the years, if they have not been closed down recently!!! There are a number of pleasant walks through the park leading... More

This park is hidden away down the back of the Churchill Theatre. It is an attractive area and good for children. Worth a visit.

Regular visitor. A lovely spot to relax after shopping or on a sunday afternoon. Take some lunch and watch the squirrels. They are very friendly and can be fed with monkey nuts. Go to the top of the hill for good views!

A splendid display of spring blossoms in a peaceful amphitheatre close to the bustling heart of this town unfortunately spoilt by signs banning the presence of dogs!

Brilliant gardens with the most gorgeous flowers as Spring unfolds. The only set back is that the park is set down a hill so you have to be very fit to climb back up to the top - especially if pushing a pram

When you walking in the middle of Bromley high street just next to the Churchill Theatre you may find yourself in a hill leading you down to a little lake and great outdoor space for kids. What more you can expect if you have a kid?
