My granddaughter loved it despite it being very crowded. I, on the other hand, was not impressed. It was very noisy, loud music playing and cramped seating areas. I have only... read more

Great for children, staff are very good, keep the play area very clean and any accidents they clean it up immediately .only gripe is the cost of children drinks very expensive . But overall great place to take children

We've been to play planet a couple of times and it's always been excellent. The place is light and spacious and it doesn't smell of cheesy feet, which sounds strange, but anyone who has been to a soft play place knows they can be a bit whiffy! It's clean and has good facilities, even a microwave to heat baby food.... More

I have been going to play planet on and off since it opened. Understandably weekend and school holidays are busy but today I enjoyed a play and eat deal after school with my two children 3 and 7. Both had a great time! It was clean and well managed with fast service and the included childrens meals were enjoyed. I... More

How environmental health have not closed this place down, I'll never know! The staff are terrible. Rude, nasty to the children and clearly dragged in from god knows where. You have to have pretty low standards to enjoy this place or looking for a place to 'dump' your kids.

My granddaughter loved it despite it being very crowded. I, on the other hand, was not impressed. It was very noisy, loud music playing and cramped seating areas. I have only Moby's at Fareham (now re-named but in the same location) to compare it to and given a choice, and despite the increased distance from home, would prefer to go... More

Visited there a couple of days ago and everything was fantastic. Very busy but the staff coped well! Kids loved it! Brilliant value for money and lovely food. Will be returning again soon!

Visited with a little one this week and was very disappointed the place was empty which was sort of a bonus as these soft play places can get over run. the real problem is the staff there main role seems to be traffic wardens for the car park which is odd since it seems vast and the lady who was... My sister brought my son and nephew here for the morning, upon her arrival she was confronted quite rudely by the owner, who spoke to her like a naughty child when she parked in a space not allocated to the play area. Although the signs stating this are so small you could be forgiven for not noticing. My sister brought... More

I have nothing positive to say about this place. The staff are so miserable and rude, they don't smile, they clearly don't like their jobs so one would question why they are working there? The food was disgusting, stale bread, onion rings were cooked in so much oil that I had to spit them out. One member of staff spent... More

Really really poor! We turned up just after it opened for the day. Four members of staff on and no one else was there until at least 10.15! The girl behind the cafe counter stank of booze (clearly looked like she was hungover.) The first thing I noticed when we entered the building was the strong smell of urine. I... More
