Spent a couple of hours here, my 4 year old enjoyed herself. Enjoyed coffee, but felt the staff were half asleep. You'd expect more smiles for a children's soft play.

Don't get me wrong, I don't expect soft play with 2 children on a rainy day in the summer holidays to be fun. But this place is just appalling. The staff are at best, disinterested, and at worst, rude. The nappy changing area was disgusting, as were the toilets. And who on earth designed it? Someone who clearly doesn't understand... More

My 11 year old son was bored after half an hour and the slide was unmanned for the whole duration of the visit (which is probably the main attraction for older kids!). My 7 year old enjoyed it but I had to pay to enter as well. Cost me a lot of money for little satisfaction. Wouldn't recommend.

I've only been here once. Can't say I'd go again. The adults have to pay. It's the only kiddies play area that I've been to where the adults have to pay. The staff are a nightmare, the food is over priced. They should change the name to "Pay Planet" We go elsewhere, now..... Much more family friendly....

We live locally to play planet. Our kids love it. It's cleaner than most other soft play and the balls in the ball pit look immaculate. Food much better than it used to be. Coffee is lovely and served in proper mugs. Toilets could do with a little sprucing up but we find them clean and tidy. Young staff but... More

Recently visited here and after parking up and unloading my children, a member of staff walked over and said we could not park in the space. He watched and waited until we had parked. Switched off and unloaded the children. Poor parking signage. After finally finding a parking space I was informed we had to pay for my wife and... More

Great for children, staff are very good, keep the play area very clean and any accidents they clean it up immediately .only gripe is the cost of children drinks very expensive . But overall great place to take children

We've been to play planet a couple of times and it's always been excellent. The place is light and spacious and it doesn't smell of cheesy feet, which sounds strange, but anyone who has been to a soft play place knows they can be a bit whiffy! It's clean and has good facilities, even a microwave to heat baby food.... More

I have been going to play planet on and off since it opened. Understandably weekend and school holidays are busy but today I enjoyed a play and eat deal after school with my two children 3 and 7. Both had a great time! It was clean and well managed with fast service and the included childrens meals were enjoyed. I... More

How environmental health have not closed this place down, I'll never know! The staff are terrible. Rude, nasty to the children and clearly dragged in from god knows where. You have to have pretty low standards to enjoy this place or looking for a place to 'dump' your kids.
