My mountain biking team Pedal 2 Pedal often train at QE Park the red trail has some steep ups and steep downs, the clay can get rather wet ad slippy but this adds to the technical training. For junior riders the new blue trail built by the QE Trail Collective is brillaint for junior and adult riders to practise their... More

this country park provides a great range of terrain and gradients for all types of walks. Leading groups of Nordic Walkers we find it ideal for our weekly walks and at the end we drop into the cafe for a warming cup of coffee or tea and slice of cake. Good snacks as well as a lovely gift shop. There... More

its a good place for the outdoors, ,and bbqs, parking can be very limited in the summer months, take an insect repellent ,we go for a picnic and always spend most of the time chasing swarms of wasps

The facilities are a little dated but fits the location perfectly. You can go just for a short walk or take a picnic and spend the day there.

It costs £1.50 for an hour or £3 for any longer up to a day. I think £3 for a decent walk of over an hour is too much. Particularly in winter. Wouldn't want to make it a regular walking place.

the only fault you can find may be the car park price , but not for me for the price of a pint you get great walks amazing views lots of interesting things to see. everyone locally should go a few times a year. and when you see the no 2 attraction in the horndean area is the revolting play... We love QE and Butser as we can let the dog smell sniff and roam to her hearts content, we use this park most days and have a season ticket for the carpark which is great value. The cafe is also fantastic and the staff for the whole park do a great job!

Queen Elizabeth park is large, with a lot of walks, mountain bike trails, and some sort of Battleground game event centre, whatever that is. Ostensibly this is a large Beech forest with scattered Yews and Birch. As with most of these type venues its a dog walkers paradise, and unfortunately, many owners don't see the need to clear up after... More
