These guys are very professional in a kiwi way. We had the best day with amazing sun great water vis and a heap of fish to see. The island tour and history after the dive really finished off the day. All levels of experience are catered for young and old

We walked up on morning, to enquire about a boat cruise/tour to the Poor Knights. The team member was friendly, and informative. The weather was up and down, so we decided to wait until the morning of the cruise before we booked. The staff were helpful on both occasions.

As someone who has never dived before I was absolutely thrilled by the experience I received from Dive Tutukaka. All the staff in the shop and on board Calypso, mainly Josh, Ashleigh, Kate and Darren were fantastic at making everyone feel very welcome and very much part of the experience. The diving itself was spectacular, apparently the clearest the water... More

I was lucky enough to have two days of diving with the Dive Tutukaka team. It was my first experience of diving in 'cooler' water (only tropical waters before), but the team did their utmost to explain how the diving here differs. The sealife is extraordinary - the sheer quantity and size. The groups that go out can be quite... More

We had a great day with the Dive team. We were both first time divers. Renee, our guide, spent a lot of time both instructing us aboard the vessel towards Poor Knights and guiding us under water. My girlfriend was quite anxious to get in and after trying decided to get out of the water. The team were very supportive... More

We really enjoyed our day diving with Dive Tutukaka. It's a really well run operation, clearly highly experienced and well managed. The staff were really friendly - especially skipper Sam - all very informative about the area etc. Given the number of people diving that day we felt the group was split down into good size groups (4) based on... The poor knight are beautifull. I have been able to free dive while my wife was diving. This would never apen in europe because of bureaucracy. So bye this way, she was able to go as deep as I go. It have been a great adventure. We dive in caves, we have seen snaples, sting ray, king fish...

We had just an amazing day! Luke and his crew, especially our guide Maria, were brilliant from start to finish - we aren't that experienced and were made to feel completely comfortable and supported at every step. In terms of the dives themselves, it was breath-taking. Literally thousands of fish along with lichens and kelps that were far more colourful... More

We booked a dive with them after reading their great reviews and we were glad we did. Awesome crew aboard Calypso the day we went out. The ride over to the dive site was really choppy and many people on the boat got sick. The crew was fantastic and tended to everyone. Axel was a great dive leader. He would... More

I anticipated that this dive would be the experience of a life time and that I had picked the right company for this. I was wrong! The staff are inattentive and do not seem to care or even know how to deal with you when you are feeling panicked! Instead you are asked repeatedly to continue diving not if you... More

Hi Clive, I am concerned at your review of your recent trip with us. There are a number of odd things n your review that don't quite sound right, including an incorrect company name and in particular - my staff are absolutely NOT inattentive. :) I think there are three possibilities. The first most likely one is that you have... More
