My girlfriend, her 15 year old daughter and I (3 women) went riding with Lucky Stables on April 5, 2013 and had a fantastic experience! Our guide was Abby. We did the 2 hour ride at 4:00 which seemed a good choice so the heat and sun were not so intense. Upon our arrival and while waiting to saddle up,... More

As a horse owner I was very concerned about finding a place to ride while on a shore excursion where the horses were well cared for and not overworked. The horses here were playing on the beach and looked happy and healthy. The guides did an excellent job of matching rider to horse. The guides made a big difference, I... More

My girlfriend and I did the romantic package which consisted of horseback riding with a stop to watch the sunset from a clifftop while roasting marshmallows and drinking champagne. The excursion was excellent and our guide Jay was very knowledgeable and humorous! As a treat we were able to take our horses through the water of the ocean. Would definitely... More

St Maarten was the first stop on our cruise this year. We rode with Lucky Stables on November 6, 2012. We had sunny skies, and it wasn't too hot. Our plan this year was to ride horses with Lucky Stables and then go to Maho beach to cross it off our bucket list. The kids really enjoyed the horseback ride.... More

My husband and I were on a Festival at Sea Cruise to the Southern Caribbean on Carnival Victory 7/24 - 8/4/12 celebrating his 60th birthday. Before we left home I looked online to check out excursions for us to do at each island. We wanted to try the Horseback/Swim and found that the Seaside Nature Park/Lucky Stables had a lot... More

This was a private ride at Lucky Stables. Our guide Jay was fantastic. This was most scenic ride ever and the most fun. We are immediate riders and were able to trot and gallop. Amazing views and great horses.

We had been looking forward to horseback riding along the ocean and we found this stable in a guide book. As soon as we saw the horses, we should have turned around. They looked exhausted....and we found out later that they were. One of the members in our group spoke French and overheard the Owners (?)/ managers discussing whether to... More

I read the reviews, did the research and chose Lucky Stables and we're all glad I did. Yes, you do drive threw an oil refinery's entrance to get to the stables as stated, so we were very prepared. To the snobs out there, remember ocean front property is not cheap, nor easy to come by, especially on a major tourist... More

Best part of the trip hands down. Jay was a great guide, and great person. Everyone was so hospitable . Lola's cafe was chill to have an expresso and chat with the locals that we're around. Never even touched a horse til then, in no time at all I was running then it took a swim with me on horseback(... More

Came from Oasis of the Seas on Jul 4th with 5 of my family members. We had a wonderful time. Jay our guide was smart, funny, and had lots of interesting stories and facts to tell. The horses were great. Wish we could of galopped or even trotted. Loved going in the water with the animals. We could tell the... More
