Owner description: One of the best days out in Yorkshire: They don’t call this the Great Yorkshire Forest for nothing. With hilltop-to-hilltop zip wires and a plunging valley below, it’s easy to see why our adventure at Dalby Forest is so popular. It’s simply stunning.

My daughters had been given vouchers for The Treetop Adventure @ GoApe in Dalby forest. As both are under 18 they needed a responsible adult ( should have ruled me out then ) and their uncle was also keen to go, but when it came to the crunch only one person took the step forward. So it was with a... More

Returned to Dalby as at last my son was old enough (and weighed enough) to go on the Segway. The whole experience was fab. I was very nervous at first but the instructors were reassuring. They restrict the speed of the Segway's until they think you are confident. Good idea in my case! Would definitely go back, perhaps be more... More

Good course. We have done the one at Grizedale forest however this course was better as lots more zip wires. Good instruction and an awareness from the instructor that my group would be better ahead of others in the group. Took about 2 hrs to get around the course. Maybe would've benefitted from more water containers at the stations. Instructors... More

Had a fantastic day at dalby first cannot wait to go again, instructors are brilliant with a good sense of humor, you do get held up a bit especially if those going before you are a bit wimpy, but other than that it is brilliant. There's an easy, medium and hard route to take for all abilities and it takes... More

Went here with my 18yr and 10yr old sons. Used some Tesco clubcard points to get the tickets and it was well worth it. The location couldn't be better, opposite the Dalby Forest Visitor Centre. Parking was a bit of a problem but it was the last week of the school holidays and a very sunny day. Safety brief given... More

We went for a friends birthday, with our partners, having me been more than nervous afraid of heights, and not much of a climber, felt I made some amazing achievements, we all had a brilliant day with lots of fun. Sophie who did out training made us feel at ease and gave us full instructions on how to use the... More

My partner planned this day out for my birthday. I hadn't been to Dalby forest before. We booked to do Segway Safari. I was a little apprehensive😁. When we got there we met with the team and had a full safety talk👍 Had instruction to ride in the arena. Then off we went as a group 🐢🐢. In our group... More

Did the Segway as zip wires fully booked . It was brilliant , would easily do it again. Dalby Forest is beautiful and we camped right out side the gate at Pexton Moor Farm. Well recommended as a great family and couples day out :)

We visited Dalby Forest just for Go Ape and thought it was great. If you're scared of heights then its probably not for you, but perfect for those mini thrill seekers. The only negative was being stuck being a slow group for the last 3 sections which caused a lot of waiting around. Arrive 15-20 minutes earlier to get checked... More
