Great beach. Nice and very clean. Very little crowded. Not like Digha beach. The beach activities are also good.

Clean beach is the biggest attraction here for other nature takes over. No hullaboo of tourist or vendors. Just a few Shacks selling sweet tea and coconut water. Only one adventure sport operator conducting operations in the area. A peaceful place for 1 or 2 night rejuvenating stay.

Still motor able beach. Serene place if the Hotel/Resort is chosen correctly. Most important is the evening/morning walk...or DRIVE.. this is the only such option in East India.

The Mandarmani beach is not at all aggressive and is very very clean unlike most of the beaches out here in the eastern part of India. It is not that salty even and the salt does not bite you after a good time in the waters. Water Sports is available and there is a big bargain for the same so... More

The beach is relatively peaceful then Digha. It has all the necessary items such as tea stalls, restaurants, good budget hotels etc. Very good weekend getaway place.

These is something different about these beaches is that they are clean beaches and less crowded. Beaches are wide and firm grounded so cars can ply without getting stuck. No currents in waves to pull or push u so not dangerous.. Lastly no facilities. Water sports are exorbitantly priced and unaffordable.

The place is serene, still not exploited like Digha etc. and the locals on the beach carry out beach drive and beach sports which is worth experiencing. The beach is decently clean and although the sea water is a bit on the muddy side, it can still be worth taking a dip in the exciting waters. Avoid Mandarmani during seasons... More

Many try to drive on the beach with their own cars. After all there seems to be about 8-10 kms of fun driving on a flat clean beach. But be careful because if you get stuck/stranded in the sand then the price is INR 15000/- (no bargaining). Thats the current price that the locals are going to demand from you... More
