This is the place where the great Pitamaha lie on the bed of arrows shot by Arjuna during the Mahabharata war. The kund as such is not well maintained. The approach to the location is good.

It is said that Bhisma felt thirsty whily lying on the "Mrityu Shaiyya" , Arjuna then shot an arrow in the earth and a stream of water came out which satisfied quenched of Bhisma. The place in itself doesnt have much to show. Just a kund (pond) and a temple. And yes a gau shala in the quiet premise. You will feel nice but nothing much to see. If you hold the episode of Bhishma Pitamah lying on arrows and arjuna's taking out ganga for him important, do visit
