it amazes me the reviews on here proclaiming this place is awesome, makes me think they are personal friends or theyve come from some slum in Mumbai, seeing nature for the first time. There is no 'conservatory' (meaning a glass house) housing butterflies- this is some tiny mediocre rock garden with very few if any butterflies at all. We have... More

Just few love birds, a turtle and few species of plants. Nothing extraordinary. Simply waste of time, effort and money. If you really have some spare time and want to see this, then only you can proceed. Or else a big NO!!!!!!

No butterflies. Few love birds, cashew trees, a koi pond, a turtle and no dashboard. this is all the place has to offer. Very difficult to justify the money & time you spend here.

We were staying at goa with family from there we went to Ponda. It was a terrible experience. We asked the owner several times about the way n all but he never said that it was not the right time to go there. So we reached there and the caretaker said there are no butterflies, it was just a normal... More

If you want your kids to experience the joy of being surrounded by an army of butterflies and birds amidst some greenery, this is the place to be in Goa! There are very few butterfly parks in India (I can remember one in Bannergatta zoo, Bangalore). This is a private conservatory being run by a couple who have passion on... More

Worth to enjoy with holiday along with family. Kids can know about the nature and also develop sense to preserve it.

It is a nice place to visit during mornings. As the butterflies are in open, their presence is not guaranteed.

So if you want to go this place you need to make sure that it's on a bright sunny day. If it's raining or over cast then you may not see any butterfly. The place is quite small in fact it's tiny a place. They have some birds in a big walk in type cage. Make this trip only if... More

We went their a little late in the evening so not many butterflies to spot. This place is a few kms away from the shahakari spice farm, so try to cover it part of the circuit. the caretaker did mention that the best time to come here is in the mornings by when you have a chance to see more... Me and 3 others visited the conservatory around the 20th of december 2013, we used google maps to find our way and a wonderful road it was that led up to this location : ) We were taken on a tour by the guide who gave us time to soak things in and catch glimpses of a host of different... More
