This place was established in 1974 and is an amazing place to see many of our great species of sea life and the staff are experts in their craft and will explain in detail how the ocean and their creatures survive. Don't miss the turtle feeding each day at 11am, very interactive and great for kids.

We went back thinking things might have changed a little. Still the same as it's expensive for what it is. They don't have discounts for locals who go a few times a year to take people. It's small and nothing to do or see as you have seen everything in 15 minutes. It used to be huge. It was good.... More

this is a nice aquarium.. I was a little disappointed in it though.. I felt, the admission price was too high for the show on offer..

$20 for an adult and $10 for a child was too excessive given what was offered. The turtle pool was certainly nice but overall it was an experience worth only half the ticket price.

We were the only ones at the aquarium so we had plenty of time to have a look around. We weren't there at feeding time but got to give the turtles some tickles while they basked in the sun. It was a nice experience, something you don't get the opportunity to do very often. There is also Dayman park nearby... More

My 3yo loved it here as its a very interactive aquarium. The host was so knowledgeable and receptive to kids and adults alike. He was passionate about marine life and was keen to get everyone touching and experiencing everything too. Its small, but we spent a good couple hours there.

The highlight was feeding the turtles. The staff were very helpful and made sure all the kids got to feed the turtles at least a few times. Good to be able to go in and out of Reefword as much as we wanted that day. We did go back in the afternoon for the shark feeding.

Interesting and informative. Suit all ages with hands on touch pool. You can pat a turtle and feed the fish.
