It was really cool to get up close with the Australian marine wildlife and observe. Very peaceful and enjoyable day out.

Its very expensive to go to Aqua. I didn't think it was worth the money. The big underwater tunnel aquarium is still boring and bland. The poor fish/sharks are stuck in a very small area with nothing. No colour or exciting things to look at. Just a big dirty tank. Thats as exciting as it gets! Not worth the $$&... More

We had a great time; unfortunately it was school holidays so the place was packed and people were yelling everywhere. The place would be improved by having staff members present to remind people not to bang on the glass as it distresses the animals.

Truly one of the best aquariums I have ever been too. AQWA is situated right at Perth Harbour, plenty of car parks, covered and uncovered. Wheel chair friendly with ramps and elevators and baby friendly as well. The collection of live corals beautifully exhibited with the other ocean dwellers are quite impressive and expansive. So many species of fish can... More

Quite a lot to see, couldn't spend the whole day there. Not too large which means fewer crows - not a bad thing.

AQWA is not the biggest aquarium in the world, but what it does offer is a good, themed experience of Western Australia's unique marine creatures. What I liked, and what the kids find educational is how they can see sea life in the different zones ranging from the Antarctic Ocean right up to the tropics. The petting tank is great... More

Visited with my wife and grandson. Entry fee of $22.00 for Pensioners is too much; children under 4 are Free, but $18.00 otherwise - glad our grandson was < 4. The exhibits are great and the Touch Pool a special atraction for the children. Plenty of sharks, stingrays and big fish that the kiddies like to see. The cafe is... More

I must confess that I am a bit of an aquarium fan but despite that will say that this place is very good. Good variety of species, interesting animals for all ages and well presented set-up. Didn't partake in the shark diving but saw others doing it. Has a lot of different things to see that make it an easy... More

A bit pricey but a great place to visit. I would avoid school holidays if you don't want crowds. The touch pool is great.
