I went here after reading such positive reviews online and looked forward to supporting a local organisation. Aside from the fact that the park is all very run down (that I could deal with) I was absolutely horrified to see the birds of preys living in such poor conditions. This is something I would expect to see in a third... More

Whilst nursing a hangover my girlfriend convinced me to visit Eagle Heights on an empty day during a week off from work. I'd been meaning to visit for a while as I saw they had cheetahs so I was a little disappointed that they had been moved on, although it looks as though their new enclosure in Gambia is pretty... Thank you for your review, we are pleased to note that you enjoyed the flying display. We do also offer a meet and greet with the husky dogs or reptile encounter at 1.45pm as well as a further display at 3.30pm. A lot of the other animals we have here are rescued animals and we will always keep them here... More

We took my 10 year old niece who said it was very interesting and inspired her to help animals. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable, you could see the passion and love they all had for the animals. This is the best air display of birds of prey in Kent, they come very close to the audience which gives... More

We went for a family day out on my Dad's 70th birthday and had a great time. The highlight was definitely the display which lasted nearly an hour and was really good. The young man who did the talking while the birds did their thing, was superb. He was thoroughly entertaining and used humour and lots of personality to get... More

As it was the last day of the school holidays I decided I would take my 5 year old grandson and an outing. I picked Eagle Heights because it is relatively local and not expensive. We arrived just in time for the midday flying session which was amazing, Who knew owls were not very wise, can hardly see stuff close... More

very disapointed not as good as our last visit which was a few years ago. the tearoom, gift shop, and toilets are in need of some refurbishment. and there didnt seem to be enough to do. the whole experience was not very inviting. this attraction could do with a complete face lift.

During the school holidays we have 3 displays, 2 with the Birds of Prey, and 1 with Reptiles or rescued Huskies. We also present the children with an opportunity to hold the Birds during the afternoon. We have two adventure play areas and lots of rescued animals to see around the Centre. Our Tearooms and Shop have been refurbished this... More

We visited on a rainy day and with small children we couldn't stand out in the rain and watch the show, which I'm told is very good. The rest of the place seems rundown and dangerous in parts. There is an animal pen thats obviously under going work, which is fine. However the ropes have all fallen down therefore barely... More

I haven't been to Eagle Heights in 7 years since moving out of the area so when the voucher came up on Groupon I thought I would give it a go! I am a childminder so bought 9 tickets at the reduced rates, thank god it was reduced as I would have been double disappointed if I'd have paid full... More

We are sorry you felt Eagle Heights was shabby. We have been and are working very hard to catch up with all maintenance as we were hit very badly from the rains of last winter. We have bird aviaries both inside and outside and wonder if perhaps you missed them. We have not had petting animals here for a number... More

The place was a lot smaller than we imagined and the birds chained to there perches looking miserable. It all looked tired and drab. Didn't see any cheetahs as I thought we would because they were locked in there cabin and there was an electric fence separating on some enclosures. The bird display was very good and lasted 1 hour... More

Such a good day out and with a family in tow it wont break the bank. I had a friend in a wheelchair in our party and the staff were very helpful and more than happy to assist us. We all loved the outdoor flying display and the children loved the fact they could have their pictures taken with the... More
