The place was a lot smaller than we imagined and the birds chained to there perches looking miserable. It all looked tired and drab. Didn't see any cheetahs as I thought we would because they were locked in there cabin and there was an electric fence separating on some enclosures. The bird display was very good and lasted 1 hour... More

Such a good day out and with a family in tow it wont break the bank. I had a friend in a wheelchair in our party and the staff were very helpful and more than happy to assist us. We all loved the outdoor flying display and the children loved the fact they could have their pictures taken with the... More

My husband and I booked a Hawking experience in August. We were awestruck by the beautiful birds and the professionism of the demonstrator. We were impressed how the demonstrating team worked today. We then were taught how to do the hawking by Emma and another lady, both really knew their birds and really knew their stuff. We could see that... More

Took my 10 year old and mum for a day out. I knew it was small but it surpassed my expectations. Ended up being there for nearly 5 hours. Lovely tea shop. BBQ available after first display. The display was superb. Able to get close to the birds while they ran round the audience and flew over yr heads. You... More

This is not a premium venue. It's quite small, idiosyncratic, and unusual but is absolutely fantastic. We trotted along (2 30 somethings and an 8 year old) expecting to spend a few hours and then to move on, we spent all day and had a blast. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great badinage, characterful beasties (not least Harold the crap vulture) and... More

Spent a wonderful time at this totally relaxed location. The staff are so eager to share their knowledge. Very child friendly with hands on free handling of the birds of prey. Free play area, just enough to keep them amused all contained in a easy manageable area.No hidden extras, lovely tearoom and bbq in clement weather. Rain does not even... More

Just got back from our Meerkat experience at Eagle Heights, it was brilliant. My partner and I went in to the enclosure, where we hand fed the 2 Meerkats, the keeper was a lovely lady who chatted to us for the 45minutes we were in there. She was very informative and knowledgeable. The meerkats certainly kept us entertained. Thoroughly recommend... More

The falconry display was great and the staff very knowledgable. Good play area for kids. The only slight criticism is the cafe is a bit lacking , so take a picnic or pop down the road to the Plough Inn and go back again afterwards.

What a great attraction. Went not sure to expect and thought we may only be there a couple of hours. It was so much better that we were expecting. We spent the whole day there and the children absolutely loved it and did not want to come home. The falconry displays were superb and the children thoroughly enjoyed the meet... More
