This place is not a romantic or idyllic hot spring. It's just an outdoor pool with a hot side and a cold side. The cool side is not big enough for swimming, but good for splashing. There's a cafe but I've never eaten there, I think the food is German, like the owners. Think hot tub, not natural wonder and... More

I did not like this place a few years ago. The renovations have made a huge difference. The showers are no longer scary! Nice campgrounds. A little pricey for a so-so pool, but it's an interesting experience. The zip line is super fun. More

This is a fairly large outdoor pool, divided into two sections. Just like being in a very warm outdoor pool with a rusty bottom! Lovely way to relax after a mornings dog sled and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Lacking ambience given the beautiful natural setting! More

Its a pretty run-down place, what can I say. The person at the desk was nice enough, but the changing rooms are sketchy, and the pool itself is held together with silicon caulking and deteriorating plywood. My recommendation is to go on the $7, discount night and bring your own sandals and lock. The water's hot and the view is... More

It was OK. We have been to much nicer hot springs elsewhere (Fairbanks, for example on this trip). It seems run down. Water was warm. More

After a long day of dog sledding the Hot Springs were a great end. The setting is beautiful. We came late but had enough time to relax in the warm waters, we stayed in as long as we could as the pool drained. More

If you plan to go out to the Wildlife reserve near Takhini during your stay, make sure you go here afterward. There is nothing quite like relaxing in 44 degree water during a cold Yukon day. Its wonderful! Don't sweat if you forget your towel and flip flops as they have plenty available when you get there. A real highlight. More

The pool is overpriced and the facilities are aging. But the water is wonderfully relaxing, especially if the temperature is below zero, and there are other attractions like rock climbing and a zip line that can add excitement. Beautiful setting. Just not worth the money to go too many more times than once. More

There is something very special sitting in a warm outdoor pool when its -20 degrees. The snow made the surrounding area very pretty. There was also a competition for the best photo of hair-cicles. (Hair frozen in the best way). Not being used to the temperatures of a Yukon winter, I was amazed by my hair turning white by the... More
