With amazing new highlights for adventure travelers all our tours offer a great variety of Arctic activities, which will leave all our guest with unforgettable memories. We offer Northern Lights Viewing far from the city lights to an idyllic viewing location, the AuroraCentre. Experience the magic of the northern sky in the comfort of our warm yurts with a steaming hot drink. Our location has pristine, unhindered views across the horizon which lets you enjoy the phenomenon of the Aurora Borealis to it's fullest. At day time, in the winter season, you have the option to try dog sledding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice fishing or skiing. In the summer/fall season you have the option to try canoeing or go on a guided hiking tour.

We've been a couple of times to Whitehorse, and Arctic Range have always supplied all our cold weather gear. Coming from Australia, we don't possess clothing that is suitable for minus 40. Arctic Range meets us at the airport, supplies all the gear, and makes sure it all the right size. Sitting outside at 2am watching the Aurora when its... More

My experience wasn't in the winter but with Arctic Range's summer half day canoe tour. They picked us up at the hotel and we were reminded of some river-style paddling rules and strokes before setting out. We meandered down the river with busy beaver near the shore and had a bald eagle looking down at us for a while. It... More

One of the BEST Northern Lights viewing experience of my life. The lights came out on show all evening . . dancing and changing colour all evening. The Yurt huts were warm and had food and warm drinks on offer. This a Must trip if the Northern Lights are on your bucket list!

I did the Aurora Deluxe which was a 2 night experience including meals, hotel, 2 Aurora viewings, Dog Sledding, a trip to the animal reserve and Takhini hot springs. The organization of this trip was exceptional, not only were the activities well planned so you got an experience of everything but there no hassles or worries about anything. By far... More

(Feb. 1 to Feb. 8 2014). Our trip was perfect! We had the time of our lives. Each day we had a new favorite winter activity, as we were just thrilled by everything we did (dog sledding, snowmobiling, skiing, flying over an ice field, hot springs, everything was so much fun). Aurora viewing was spectacular, there really aren't enough words... More

I flew to Whitehorse only for 1 night in the hope to see the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights). It was a risk as they don't come out every night, but it paid off. At approx 3am the lights came out and it was spectacular. The whole experience is amazing, Arctic Range Adventures came and picked me up form the hotel... More

Day tours were fantastic and the aurora experience was excellent - although the aurora was not out on each night, there were alternatives to keep us occupied. Hot Springs, wildlife tour and dogsledding are all highly recommended. Only slight downer was the accommodation, which was a little rough around the edges, but for everything else, it was magnificent.
