I can now tick off my bucket list the northern lights. I am so grateful for having come across northern tales. Right from the get go they were super friendly and helpful. The viewing spot was superbly set up, the cosy warm cabin to the open fire then to the hot chocolate. I love the fact that they have a... More

My friend and I did the tour which included the remote cabin during March 2015. Northern Tales arranged an extra night at the BW Gold Rush Inn and our flights as well with Air North (gotta say the cheesecake is awesome!). We also hired all the clothing as we didn't know what to expect when we went out to the... More

Well I had an idea to see the Northern Lights and in Canada, my favourite part of the world. I said to some friends did they want to join me - the rest is history. I found "Northern Tales" on the internet - what a great find - they did all the arranging - sorting out the flights from Vancouver... More

To the wonderful team at Northern Tales, Unfortunately, our trip to Canada has come to an end and my husband and I are back in Australia. The highlight was definitely seeing the Northern Lights on 14 and 15 March. We were lucky to have great viewing on both nights. We would like to thank the staff at Northern Tales for... More

Anila and Erika were prompt to reply and always answer your queries with courtesy. We were picked up by Tom @ the airport to BestWestern Gold Rush Inn; he gave us some background on what to expect on the tour and gave us our printed itinerary. For every night / tour we have different guides assiged to. Although grouping people... More

Hi Anila, I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how much I loved my visit to the Yukon and Whitehorse and to thank you for organising it for me. I had a fabulous time and enjoyed each and every activity – no surprise but the dog sledding was my favorite! It was a wonderful... More

At the end of January I went up to Whitehorse for 5 nights. The Northern Lights, and a Sled Dog ride were on my 'bucket list.' The flight was 2 hours only, we got a nice meal too with Air North. If you stay at the 'Best Western Gold Rush Inn' they have a shuttle to pick you up at... More

I am just back from my amazing trip to Yukon. I went there for 4 nights and wish I could have stayed longer. My trip was full of awesome experiences, the highlight being the Aurora Borealis viewing. I feel very lucky and spoiled as we had 4 amazing nights of viewing in a row, some of them being quite spectacular.... More
