An amazing display of lights for the Christmas season, sponsored by many different companies. It would take a Grinch not to like this displauy

An excellent collection of mostly Canadian wildlife, with a few exotics added. There are programs for families and children, as well as a spacious park for picnics and barbecues.

Much nicer and better than I expected. Keep an eye out for all the little chip monks running around.

If you go to the zoo more than once a year, you should consider buying a membership. It's a great deal and helps support educational programs. Otherwise, zoo admission is free from November to March, and many animals are more active then. The focus is on Canadian animals rather than exotic ones, so most remain on display in the winter.... I have attended this Zoo with our family, Saskatoon is fortunate to have such a facility There is plenty of respect for the animals and how well they are cared for. The Zoo is in a good location and is very busy in the Summer Months

A vast array of wildlife (animals, birds, reptiles) in as close as you can get to being in the wild while still being in captivity in the city. One is quite close to a variety of species but still with safety in mind. The sounds and smells are just like in their natural habitat. We had just missed feeding time... More

I was pleasantly surprised to find monkeys, lemurs and pronghorn among the animals at this zoo! Bears, wolves and cougars and a white buffalo were some of the more interesting animals to be found here. It was pretty cool! There have been many renovations done to the zoo recently and it looks great. There's a small butterfly garden and roaming... More

Saskatoon's Forestry Farm Park and Zoo is a bit of an oddity for those more used to the traditional zoos of Europe. For one it's a more a park with enclosures within it, so you can easily find yourself just wandering around enjoying the stroll and coming across the Wolves or Bear enclosures. It should be noted the lions have... More
