We went on a good 45-minute tour of this Saskatchewan’s capital building. To us the beautiful interior and view from this building of the gardens are outstanding and under appreciated. Parking nearby. Even the entrance has good displays to look at before the hourly tour.

The province of the day spared no expense when this building was put up. The man made lake, imported stone and art work are very impressive. Friends from Australia we amazed!

We had a guided tour of the Legislative Building. The tour also included 3 Vignettes that presented by actors, acting out scenes from the early 1900's. In total the tour lasted just under 1 hour. The tour was very informative and hit on the hilights of the building. The vignettes were very well done. please note that the vignettes are... More

Why are they covering the dome? I guess I wasnt lucky enough as my first visit in Regina, I didnt see the full beauty of the legislative building. The dome was covered and theirs a crane beside it. The garden in front was beautiful though

Ever since we moved to Regina this building was the first place to take visitors. There are narrated tours,or self directed. Our forefsthers fid an excellent job in building this grand place..the rotunda is often used for civic etc celebrations.Lots of grand Native Art there. The gardens and fountain outside add to the visit.

Regina doesn't boast many architectural landmarks but the Legislative Building is a beautiful work of art located right in the heart of Wascana Park. The building is beautiful from the outside but as soon as you go in you are treated to beautiful marble and stone accents, pillars, and gorgeous works of art mixed with a historical account of Regina... Saskatchewan ' s history starts in 1870. Quickly the province grows with great leadership. Sir Walter Scott has a vibrant vision for the future when he designs the Legislative Buildings and lake. The grand marble halls echo with voices. The tours are every half hour. Regina is a city to be proud of.
