An excellent way to spend a couple of hours in Moose Jaw, due in no small part to the enthusiastic and hardworking in-character guides. Informative, well staged, and with plenty of humour, time passes quickly as you explore the town's hidden subterranean network of tunnels. Would certainly recommend taking both tours; and if you do, make sure to begin with... More

Great performances and storytelling. Really takes you back to a dark time for the law. Gotta admire the gangsters ingenuity. It's a must do if you're in MJ.

Second time we had done this, first time was about 10 years ago. Tour and script has been updated (thankfully), and we very much enjoyed it.

We went here today and did the Al Capone tour (there is an alternative tour covering the Chinese workers) and had quite a lot of fun. The staff were really into their characters and bought it to life, albeit at a pretty basic depth of the history. The pitch was at the right level for a family audience with younger... More

The tour Passage from China is really interesting and our young tour guide did an extremely good job of presenting the historical side to the Chinese immigration to Canada! We learned so much and also found ourselves very sad for the injustices done to these wonderful hard working people! Thank you for making this available to the public!!

I did not know these tunnels existed in Moose Jaw! Staying downtown afforded me a visit! I love history! If you do then you will enjoy! Worth a visit! Well done!

Live acting was incorporated into the tour to make it more interesting and real. A great way to teach history without just lecturing.

I had a lot of fun on the tour of the Chicago tunnels. We didn't do the Asian tour because my friend was a local and said it wasn't as good (or was maybe too depressing). Our first tour guide was a female and she was not very good. She kept looking at her watch and even though I am... More

We did both the Chicago Connection tour and the Passage to Fortune tours back to back. The Chicago Connection was more whimsical and less factual than the Passage to Fortune tour but we enjoyed both very much. The actors were fantastic!

This interpretive tour is worth your time. Of course it depends on the tour leader but every time I have gone the young people are impressive--and trained probably in drama and history. Many Chinese people made Moose Jaw their destination in the olden days, and their families stayed on to contribute to the life of the city. This makes the... More
