I kicked off my holidays with a spa day at Sahara. From the parking lot this place is not impressive. The parking lot needs to be paved and better signage would help. Upon entering the spa you are requested to put on disposable flip flops. Not only are these flip flops difficult to walk in this is terrible for the... More

My friend and I each had the same treatment. ..body and soul package and pedicure. Was disappointed that we were not well communicated with as to what was happening when where and how. ..and that we were not given robes to experience the traditional spa treatment. Also was disappointed that after my body and soul treatment had to shlep through... More

I've had pedicures at the Sahara Spa and they were very relaxing and professional. The last time, I opted for a lacquer or gel finish because it stays on much longer so you get more value. Darci Baillie, the massage therapist I go to there is second to none. She cured my plantar fasciitis with massage, taping, acupuncture and cupping.... More

The former train station is beautifully decorated to provide a soothing spa environment. I recommend going early to enjoy a cup of tea on a chaise while waiting - or in between treatments. The service I have received has left me feeling completely pampered. I have tried several treatments including the registered massage, cupping, Balinese massage, pedicure. My friends swear... More

We have been going to this spa for three years in a row now on the same weekend in January for the couples trinity massage. We have always been treated like royalty and always pleasantly surprised. This year we went and it again was an amazing experience. Unfortunately this time they ended up having a water line break right in... More

My boyfriend and I booked pedicures there last week, while booking on the phone the woman seemed very willing to "squeeze" us in for that day. When we arrived we were told we were late, and that we needed to hurry. (I am RARELY late btw, and HATE being rushed) It was not relaxing and really a stressfull situation. When... More

I have gone to this spa several times, with my girlfriends, husband, and by myself. I have had many different spa services from registered massages, pedicures, facials, hot stone massages, Balinese massages, Jamu massage, Sweet lavender massage, body scrubs, etc. I have never had anything short of a great spa treatment! The building is beautiful. This is a great place... More

Be careful while making your appointment. My fiancee and I booked a nice romantic morning massage and facial. Two days previously while confirming our reservation we cancelled part of our spa package. When we arrived at the spa, they said that we never cancelled and insisted on paying for what we previously cancelled. We were trying to explain ourselves and... More

I think you'll love it. It's in the old CN Station which has been beautifully renovated. I've been there three times for remedial massage and each time I like the place even more. The billing is gorgeous, the treatments are lovely and the prices are fine. They also have luxury skin care for sale, soy candles made locally at the... More

For my sister-in-law (to be) a friend of her's booked a day at the Sahara Spa for six of us. The old building the spa is located in is amazing! With cork floors, a piano, staircase and modern style washrooms, the atmosphere is very inviting. Soon this spa is also going to have a liquor license with a bar as... More
