We booked at girls weekend at the spa for our annual get away. The first challenge was rearranging the spa treatments that the spa had organized. Each of us had booked three treatments and the spa had organized one in the morning, the next at noon and the last at night.... as we did not want to spend the entire... More

Had a 30 minute upper body massage which was great! This allowed us the use of the mineral pool, steam room and spa locker area. We received robes, slippers and loonies for the pool lockers (the spa lockers don't work because of the humidity). Spa locker area has hair straightener and blow dryer but the scented aromatic towels were empty... More

Beds comfortable....but sink..walls...hallway look rundown. We went for a night specifically to enjoy the spa. What a disappointment. I would suggest if you regularly visit spa's .....this is NOTHING like a high end spa. We were on time...but our massage appointments started late. Both my friend and I booked a sweedish massage fo an hour. The strangest massage we ever... More

The place is located in a 4rd floor of a hotel. The pool water is warm and clean and they are open even in the winter. The place has an Eucalyptus steam room which is small but nice, anyway, you cannot be there more than a few minutes. The entrance cost in Sunday was 15.50 and not as advertized, 8.00.... More

We were visiting Moose Jaw and I was excited to see a top rated spa so made appointments for myself and daughter in law. The appointments were changed by the spa about 3 times before I even got to Moose Jaw. I have been to many spas in many countries so I do have some experience to base my comparison.... More

I made the drive to Moose Jaw while visiting Regina to relax in the mineral pool and have a massage. I had high expectations given the Leading Spa designation but was disappointed as soon as I walked into the building. The spa has been open since 1996 and it needs a facelift. The spa carries great products (Comfort Zone &... More

I had two spa treatments on July 26, 2013 and both were less than average and overpriced. But what concerns me the most was the lack of cleanliness that this facility seems to have an issue with. While laying on the table for my facial, I spent an hour looking thick layers of dust on the ceiling tiles and the... More

We stayed for just over an hour. We were there during the week and the prices were reasonable. I think $8 each. I know they go up on the weekend. The pool facility was clean, nice locker room with private changing stalls. I recommend not "renting" a towel, as they have free towels all around the pool. The pool itself... More

I visited the spa during Junos week. It is pretty unorganized. Although you pay top dollar, spa guests use the change rooms for the mineral pool which includes children. There are no private showers or blow dryers. No real amenities are available to guests. The spa is in serious need of a renovation. The decor is dated about 15 years... More

We paid $170 with our AMA discount for one night in a room with 2 Queen beds. It was nothing more than your average Holiday Inn room that you'd pay $100 for. The hot pools were luke warm and not worth the extra money charged for the room. There is a parkade across the street for hotel guests but the... More
