Description: This archaeological museum displays over 300 years of history on the site...
This archaeological museum displays over 300 years of history on the site of the first two palaces of New France's colonial intendants. The first palace was destroyed by fire in 1713 and the second was built in 1716 and faced the first. The second was later turned into a modern brewery, but the basement vaults remain.
