We did the full trip up to Le Malbie, it was expensive but worth every cent. The day was grey and the threat of rain was never too far away, but the extraordinary brilliant Fall colours seemed to glow against the dark skies. The train runs through the woods next to the St Lawrence so we had an 'up close... More

This was a splurge on our recent trip to Canada. We did the day trip which included breakfast and late lunch/tapas on the return. The train, service and food were outstanding. We so thoroughly enjoyed the experience with the fall colors on one side and the St. Lawrence on the other side. It was nice to be on the opposite... More

I have travelled extensively for the last 30 years all around the world and rate this experience very much in the highest tier. I did the full trip up to La Malbie which included the four course dinner on the return trip. Whilst it is very expensive the quality of the experience is sublime. We had superb weather the whole... Booked the 3 hour ride with supper and do not regret it. This was our first time trying this type of experience and just loved everything about it. Everything was on time, getting on the train is easy and your table is assigned as you get on. We were seated with 2 other persons that we got to know on... More

My wife and I took the all-day " Daytrippers' Delight" excursion on August 14th. It was a long day, but full of pleasant surprises at every turn. The station at Montmorency where we boarded is very modern and is shared by the cable cars up to the Falls. We liked the car interior, with table seating, each with an IPad... More

Our friends' husband was turning 60 and my wife 65, so our friend's wife suggested surprising them with a train ride which include a 4 course meal. No words to describe it. The only sore point was upon our return to the station around 9 p.m. the station and access to rest rooms was closed. Otherwise, you just have to... More

We enjoyed this trip. My only negative is we caught the bus to the falls and there was not time upon arriving or when leaving to actual go up to the Montmorency Falls which I would have liked. Breakfast and lunch are provided and were very good but small portions. Alcohol is included. The town is cute but small. Nice... More

As astounding is the scenery As much as I savoured as the local menu; What impressed me equally was the service and the wonderful personalities of those who provided service on the train These people displayed at every opportunity not only they're professionalism but a desire to exceed every expectation of this experience They "cared" and that's the one thing... My family likes to eat (fine dine) its way through a vacation and what a treat this was. We started off at the beautiful waterfall, saw great views along the way. (Interestingly, the sights on the way going look dramatically different on the way back because of the tides.) Stopping at a beautiful little town to view the art studios,... More

My hubby loves train journeys so we were on to a winner. But from the time we started the journey until the time we left we were waited on and looked after breakfast in the morning and fed on way home with numerous drinks including 4 baileys (obviously we were held down and force fed them) the staff couldn't do...
