Unless you have business in Levis, the only attraction is the chance to take a great picture/video of Quebec City. This can take a while, as they run every half hour, and if you just go for the photo opportunity, you have to disembark the other side and go through the boarding process again. On the plus side, it's not... More

This very affordable ferry ride was a very nice introduction to Quebec City. A great photo opportunity! A little hard to find from the Levis side. Easy on and off.

Once we found our way to the lower city, we followed the waterfront until we saw the sign for the ferry. We were staying in Levis, and it was a fun trip across the Fleuve, with great views of Quebec City and its citadel

We stayed on Levis on a recent trip to Quebec City. It was the perfect choice as the view from our rental house was Old Quebec! Every morning we made our way down to the ferry terminal and within 10 minutes we were in Quebec. It was so convenient. The views on the ferry were lovely and it really made... More

We took the ferry to Levis in the afternoon. There is not much to see there, and without a car to get a good overall view of it, we did not stay too long. There is a nice park on the upper river front , where people like to go for the view of Quebec across the way. At night... More

My wife and I considered taking the 1.5 hours cruise boat up and down the river. However, it did not leave for about 1 hour and we did not want to wait (cost is about $35 each). I suggested that we try the ferry.. We are super glad that we did. The ferry between Quebec City and Levis leaves about... More

We enjoyed the reasonable trip across to Levis just before dusk, climbed a lot of stairs and a hill, had ice cream and returned to see the lights of Quebec City from the water. It departed on time and was not crowded.

Spend an hour and get the best view of Quebec City. As a senior, my fare was $6.50 round trip. A single person with a car is $8.00, one way. The ferry leaves from the Quebec CIty side of the St. Lawrence every 30 minutes. You can ride the ferry across and right back. (You do need to exit at... More
