The river was almost completely frozen so taking the ferry was quite the site to behold. Amazing to travel through all that ice, and the views were spectacular! $6.70 for an adult round trip. Takes about 10 minutes or so to cross. Not much to see in Lévis in the other side. Well worth the price for the view and... More

the ferry is clean , cheap and on time. great way to view the old city from afar. the only draw back is there is nothing to see in Levi , the port area is kind of dull . It does have great stairs for you to climb if you are on foot , good for working up an appetite,

For a nominal fee you can cross the St Lawrence and looking back catch those magnificent classic views of the City of Quebec. In summer a pleasent round trip, in winter get ready for the coldest ever experience as it crosses through the ice.

Watching this thing break through the river ice was very cool and worth the trip. It was quite surreal.

This is nothing fancy. It's a ferry that takes 10 minutes to get across, you get off, get back on, and 10 minutes later, are back in Quebec. The views of the city and the mountains in the distance are great. There were some chunks of ice in the river, and I can only imagine that as it freezes further,... More

We took the little ferry over to Levis. Very enjoyable. We went on a frigid night. We stayed outside by choice, but it was nice and warm inside the ferry. Beautiful to see the Chateau Frontenac from afar!

it was $6.70 return and basically was just useful to get a nice picture of the Chateau. you go over, get off and turn around and come back. There is nothing on the other side that is really needed to be seen. The ferry is good to warm up if you are walking around and for the photo op

Took the ferry at sunset on a beautiful clear day. The view was great. Cost for round trip was less than $7. If you want to relax for an hour or so, try the ferry.

The boat trip was lots of fun, though they ought to do something on the Levis side to make it a bit more tourist-friendly. The views of Quebec City from the river are spectacular.
