We are avid gardeners and appreciated the beauty and meticulous condition of the gardens there. This is truly a place to see, sit and enjoy as well as take a lot of pictures.

Missing one star as this is not an extensive garden, but it is beautiful. Free, too! Don't miss it if taking a walk around the plains of abraham.

This statue and garden was presented by am American and there is a history lesson both in the lady and in the giver; but more important is the beautiful garden that surrounds the statue, the care, arrangement, and selection of flowers.

Gorgeous, peaceful gardens with shady benches just outside the garden. Kind of a long walk from the lower town of Old Quebec city but worth it, in my opinion.

A great place to take a picnic lunch. There are wonderful markets on Rue Cartier nearby. Grab yourself some fresh bread, cheeses, meat if you like and of course some wine. This is Quebec after all, and drinking a bottle of wine in the park is allowed and in fact, probably expected. :)

One of the most beautiful gardens I have ever seen (August). It is a treasure. A definite Kodak moment.

Peaceful enclave just by the Plains of Abraham. Lovely statue centers the park, with colorful well-planned English borders circling around it. Small, intimate, abuts an elegant residential area. Worth stopping in.

This park is deep in the "Plains of Abraham". Our tour bus went by it and it was beautiful right now, blooming with lots of flowers and the nice statue of Joan of Arc.

Did you know that another replica of this statue is in Gloucester, Mass? But these gardens are so beautiful and they make a great place to just disconnect from the world and enjoy the peace and serenity of incredible gardens.

Joan dominates the park and reminds us of the troubled relationships of the past! The park is magnificently well-maintained and a cool place on a hot day. It is the sort of place wealthy residents while away their afternoon and we were pleased to emulate them. At the far end of the park we found the swankiest public toilets ever... More
