We didn't actually understand the girl with the loudspeaker, in French or English, but it didn't matter - we were sitting in the back of the boat and the noise was very loud. The one thing you will want to pay attention to, is keep your mouth closed, some of those waves hit you quite violently. A few go up... More

This boat trip was absolutely fabulous Great fun, exhilarating and with out question very wet (I have seen fish that were dryer) Sitting in the front is by far the wettest and by far the most exciting The trip through the rapids is awesome. The only thing I wood add if I was the company is the introduction of Loud... More

I have lived in Montreal all my life, and this is one of those attraction that I've always wanted to do but never could find the time. Well I'm glad I did. WHAT A BLAST!. They take you from the Old Port to the Lachine rapids for an hour of soaking fun. My only complaint would be that it's wasn't... More

On our last day in Montreal, we decided to add a little adventure to the cultural experience we had had there. We had a blast. It was a very safe fun way to get out on the rapids and enjoy a drenching, wonderful hour on the river.

Lasts an hour (excluding briefing, they ask you to get there 45 mins before ride starts) Departs from one of the quays at old montreal Safety briefing before then off for prob a 15-20 trip to the rapids Then at the rapids they drive into them and through the waves We were surprised how wet we were but loved every... They tell you to bring a change of clothes, and we were glad we did! Somehow, even though I'd seen the pictures, I didn't really think we'd be going almost completely underwater. We had my parents, in their 70s, and my two teenaged kids, and everyone had a good time. I've been whitewater rafting several times, and thought it would... More

For those of a certain age I say, this is an E ticket! Not for the faint of heart. They take you into the Le Chine rapids in these jet pontoon boats, get above a giant standing wave, slowly drift into it and then gun the 1,200 HP engines to literally drive the boat into and then under the wave.... It was a hot day and this was the perfect antidote! So much fun and very exciting. A tip - if you go to their website there is a $30 off coupon for two if you do the 10 a.m. ride. This is safe, but if you are not confident on the water or are afraid of water, don't go.... More

We were looking for a thrill ride. Got it! The smiling faces on the pictures do not lie :) Do not be afraid, the ride is perfectly safe. You will get totally wet, of course, so bring swimsuits and towel - everything else will be provided by the hosts.
