Overall, it was fun. Definitely like being in a washing machine and just as wet. 1. Park the car close to the clock tower pier. You can see the clock tower, and parking on the street two blocks up is free. 2. Bring young kids with caution. We have a 6 and 9 year old. Although there were no safety... More

I am a tour driver for Contiki tours. I have driven for Contiki in about 40 different countries. I have done everything from a Mozart concert in Vienna Austria, to a 134 meter bungy jump in Queenstown New Zealand. This jet boat ride is up there with the best experiences I have had. We had around 45 passengers who did... More

Add this to your list of must do's when you are in Montreal. The staff is extremely acomodating and they provide you everything you need to take a tour on the rapids. Be prepared to get wet in a safe and secure environment. Reservations are definitely recommended.

Starting point well located in old montreal. Was walking distance from my hotel near the congress palais. They give a good overview and video introduction. Staff is very friendly. The trip was great because it was a warm august day with sunshine. Dread to think what it would be like in winter. They have the full gear from head to... More

It was so much fun. The guide was also trying to entertain us on our way to the rapids and took a lot of pictures from us with our own cameras. However, I was in the back of the boat and my friends who were in the front founded the water a bit too overwhelming sometimes. And free hot chocolade... More

You will get soaked. No joke. Soaked - like standing in the ocean and getting smashed by waves soaked. If you're prepared for that, do this and have a great time. We loved it. Only problem: Boring "welcome" talk that was a commercial for the place followed by about three minutes of information. We had brought bathing suits to change... More

AMAZING!!!! So much fun. We sat in the front, and we had the time of our lives. It was perfect. The guide on the boat was also super funny and informative on the ride to the rapids. Great experience. However. what really set them apart was the fact that my cousin lost one of her flip flops. When we got... More

We had heard about this in guidebooks and decided to check it out. We have not had such a great experience like this in a long time. The owner/manager was terrific in giving his introduction, the safety regulations and what we could expect. He used a great deal of humor to help put people at ease. After our orientation, we... This boat trip isn't just about scenery -- it's also a thrill ride! They advertise that you WILL get wet, and that's definitely true. Part of the fun is that you're covered from head to toe with water-repelling clothes, but it doesn't matter -- the waves will find you, even if you're in the back seats. A superb captain takes... The trip into the rapids is awesome! You will get wet - wear a bathing suit and bring a change of clothes. The have changing rooms on site. The boat really flies down river and it can get a bit chilly. They provide wind ponchos, booties and fleece sweaters to keep you warm -- actually, they make you put them... More
