Our tours are flexible and capture the backpacker's spirit: no rush, easy going, very informative and enjoyable. Our tours are a good mix of main attractions and places that are off the beaten tracks.Try the Grand Tour, our famous 6 hour walking tour, showing up to eight different areas and ambiances - the perfect tour to have before exploring the city by yourself. Or take another tour like "Old Montreal in Depth", a 3 hours tour that takes the time this historical area deserves.See our website for a complete list of tours, schedules and rates. We also offers private tours. « less

We go to Montreal a couple of times a year for a little overnight getaway, dinner out etc and usually stick to Old Montreal, Ste Catherine, the usual tourist stops with a bit of shopping, dinner out etc. As we decided to extend our visit for a full weekend this time, we thought it might be fun to do something... Not only was Michel an informative, articulate, and enjoyable guide to Old Montreal but he even emailed me days later to give me some information about something that I'd told him was a particular interest of mine.

Thank you for the comments. I did enjoy this private tour with four curious people like you. And with your questions about Cohen, I now know where he had tea and oranges with Suzanne! :-) More

Do not miss the Grand Tour with Michel especially if you are a walker. This is one of the best tours we have ever taken. We walked the entire city learning it's origins, construction, development and more. A neighborhood was not missed. Michel is very easy going and willing to answer any question with a great deal of information. Highly... More

Michel was the best introduction to Montreal we could have ever hoped for. We did the grand tour (6 hours) and didn't regret a minute of it (well except for the rain). He was cheerful, funny & very, very informative. We took the tour our first (full) day in the city and Michel's overview of the city's overall layout, neighborhoods... More

IWe were so glad we opted to do this tour instead of the others listed. The tour was 6 hours plus long and between my husband, my adult daughter and I, we were wondering who would call "uncle" first. Michel was ready to do 7 hours if we let him. It ended up being a private tour so we took... More

When I first read about the walking tour 6 hours seemed like a long time but Michel was such an excellent guide the time flew by. We explored underground Montreal, many local neighborhoods including Old Montreal, Chinatown and Le Plateau to name a few. You can tell he loves the city, the history and what is current including local color.... More

My wife and I did the grand tour and had a great time for all six hours! You get a lot for your money; old and new Montreal, busy and quiet parts of town, and recommendations on food and other things to check out during your time here. Definitely should go to the top of your list for Montreal

Michel provided a fantastic tour for our family. We only had one day in Montreal, and wanted to be sure that we had a good overview of the city. We took the "Grand Tour" with our two school aged children. We saw so many parts of Montreal, including local neighborhoods, tourist areas, historical attractions, and the business centre. It was... We took the six-hour Grand Tour, with our two teen-aged sons. It was our first introduction to Montreal and we saw everything we wanted to see and many, many sites that we did not know existed such as micro-parks, true neighborhoods and local color. That is the hallmark of a great tour. Michel was fabulous. He is very knowledgeable about... More

I decided to take this tour after reading reviews about it from tripadvisor, and I was curious about it, cos all reviews were great. After paying through the website, I showed up at the appointment at 10 am: the Grand Tour was amazing. It went on for 6 or 7 hours, and we really got to see a lot of... More
