This visit is a must. No need to gamble to enjoy the varied facilities in a nice casual atmosphere. Various restaurants from fast food service to fine table service. We enjoyed few of them. Self service counters for soft drinks are all around free of charge. There is free live music and entertainment late in the evening. All staff members... More

If you're used to a wide floor full of games, this place will throw you off. There are six floors that are circular, so the layout is different than a typical casino. Go on a weekend at your own peril, because the restaurant lines are long. But definitely a fun place to visit.

It was the first time I went to the Casino of Montreal the last 5 years this January. We did enjoy it and had a blast. The buffet reminds me on the cruise ships....not huge but enough to choose almost all on your desire list....It's definitely warm and relaxed atmosphere. Cheers to all!

Not the biggest casino but there are a TON of slots, a limited number of table games and a nice size poker room. Staff is friendly and the casino is very clean. I will go back.

eh. not impressed. but i'm from CT where we have two pretty great casinos. this was less impressive than i expected. the layout was definitely confusing for a bit. we ate at the buffet....big mistake. i'm no foodie snob at all but it was sub par and outrageously expensive.

Being the largest casino I have ever been to, I was very excited to see all that it had to offer. As soon as you walk in you're offered free coat check which is very nice. As soon as you enter to playing floor you are overwhelmed by slots as far as you can see, a live band by the... More

Wasted so much money there but the level of glamour that you see this, makes the whole experience kind of pleasant. Makes you feel you spend money on a show LOL

My friends and I went on a Wednesday night, and it wasn't crowded at all! Loved the layout of the casino and the food upstairs was pretty good too- wish we had a view up top though to see the beautiful city!

I spent a nice evening there. We played a bit and ate at the top floor restaurant, we had an amazing view of the city, it was very romantic.

Staying in Parc Jean-Drapeau

Neighborhood Profile
Parc Jean-Drapeau
The islands of Saint-Helene and Notre-Dame together make up the anchored fabric of Parc Jean-Drapeau. The mostly man-made grounds were built to be the site of the 1967 World's Fair, and the chiefly car-free space still retains its inherited carnival character. A wonderland of foliage and flora awaits at the Jardins des Floralies, with its expanse of pond-marked wetlands making it perfect for hiking, nature walks, and exploration. Old exhibitions still straddle the newest entertainment complexes, including the high-flying roller coasters of La Ronde Amusement Park and the brightly-lit Casino de Montréal. From the springtime on, families crowd the sandy beaches with candy-striped umbrellas, and rowers take to the Olympic Basin, where the spherical American Pavilion and the high brick Tour de Lévis provide an atypical backdrop. A short metro trip carries visitors and locals to this vacationing spot, providing leisure and activity outside of the inner city.
