This was my first experience at a winter Park, and for the most part, it was smooth sailing. Upon entering it was easy to spot the information booth, however, the receptionist was not as forth coming w/ the information about what do and all, so although I paid for the passport w/ rafting and ice skating, we did not get... The place is, once more, very fun to go, specially with friends. It is well maintained and the staff is very fun. There is a lot of facilities and you can reach them easily. And the waiting time is not that bad because you can still have fun during the queues. Additionally there are other activities available, and several plans... More

Went with high school students on class trip to Quebec City. This was my favorite activity! The hills were so fun, a little scary. It was very cold, but you warmed up quick. Some students said it was the best ice skating they've ever been to. Do the big hills in the morning before line ups. Loved it! Definitely want... More

This is a great place for kids of all ages (well maybe not super young!) We drove from the Hotel de Glace with my 8 year old daughter and had a hard time getting her off the hill even after 5 hours of tubing. We chose the Rafting + Slides which isn't great but since it's only $4 more, we... More

Students and teachers alike enjoyed themselves immensely. We visited on a Friday night and the place was not too packed. All the runs were fun and the students will be talking about this for years to come.

This was a great place! Our 9, 11 and 13 year old kids had a blast. My husband and I enjoyed it too. There were plenty of opportunities for snow tubing down the hills but our favorite part was the rafts. You had to pay extra for this, but it was worth it. With the rafts, up to 8 people... More

We took a very expensive taxi out there from hotel in old Quebec, but it was worth it. We went during the winter time. Must do: Everest, tornado, and pay the 2 bucks for the maple syrup on a stick

Think of a water park in the winter. They have over a dozen different runs for tubes and rafts. they have iceskating and other outdoor activities as well. But, come here for the tubing. Pay the extra for the rafts. We preferred the raft section the most. They have circular rafts (tornadoes) that spun as you descended and boat like... More

We arrived early in the morning at Valcartier. I have an 11 and 13 year old. The facilities were clean, staff was friendly. There was 3 separate eating areas: restaurant, cafeteria and bring your own food. We brought our own and also ate in the cafeteria which was reasonably priced and food was good. The lines were very short in... More

My lovely wife and I came to visit our sons family and they took us tubing. We had so much fun, and it was -20 Celsius. Dress warm, my wife and I are in our early 50's. We felt safe, and again had an excellent time and definitely would recommend coming here!
