Interactive tour on how and where all the magic happens. The tour starts with a free paper hat, followed by free samples of ice cream and ends in their lavish gift shop. Good for all ages.

Packed with kids, but understandably so. Free tasters of ice cream and cheese. Got to watch them make some t-shirts and learn about how that trend got started. It's really some of the best ice cream I've had. I had COWS every day I was in PEI! Tour was a very affordable price too.

We went on a hot afternoon. The samples given are very small. It was interesting but because we came at the end of the day, there was nothing in production. Our guide was informative. At the end of the tour there is a lucky winner that is drawn. Because my family was the only ones on the tour, we couldn't... More

This was a nice treat to end the day...note that after lunch the actual machinery and making of the ice cream is shut down due to long cleaning process, but they do provide videos. The tour guide was knowledgable and sweet, and the tour was not too long, so if you have little ones don't be afraid, as they will... More

We toured the cows creamery the 2nd week of August. Having had Cows ice cream while on vacation in Banff several years ago, the tour was a great way to get the history and understand the production process. The samples and the ice cream were fabulous, and the tour fun

There are Cow's Ice Cream stores all over Charlottetown. Why do you go to the Cow's Factory? Not for the ice cream that you could get in town.....but for the ice cream tour. Well be warned if you go after 2 pm, you can pay $5 per adult for a tour but it is a tour of making their logo... More

This is at the headquarters location just outside of Charlottetown. You get to see where they make the iconic t-shirts, where they make the ice cream, and where they store the cheese they've made. You probably don't actually get to see them make the t-shirts, nor ice cream and definitely not the cheese. Although, they do show you 4 short... More

We planned to visit this even before starting our vacation as a must see sight. Disappointed to learn that they only make Ice Cream 3 days a week, and of course today wasn't one of them. They told use they still showed things, which was a bunch of videos, and them printing their over-priced t-shirts. The kids liked the tour... More
