I love caramel and nothing compares to the taste and texture of this place. Staff are dressed accordingly. My sweet tooth will soon be rotten.

It has what looks like the same stock as the store at the Avonlea Village in Cavendish. Lots of selection. I got a white, cotton nightgown. I had actually been looking for one, so I was a happy shopper.

The staff are really nice and the young girl at the check out desk had a billowy dress on of the ones from Anne's time period. They have everything imaginable for Green Gables fans, dresses, magnets, postcards, bells, candy. Worth popping in for a quick look.

I must say I am a little confused at the picture being displayed for this establishment. The one we visited was downtown in the business district. We were off a cruise ship and walking. Went inside and purchased some of the chocolate covered potato chips which we saw being made. They were somewhat expensive but very good. I am posting... More

When in PEI, you must try the chocolate! You can watch them make it in the Store & even try a sample. Had to break my diet for this one! The homemade fudge is also a real treat! Brought home chocolate covered potato chips - my sons favorite!

Not much here of real interest. Basically a candy store. Don't go out of your way to visit this touristy place.

Stopped in after visiting the house and grounds. Nice little shop. They had just about everything you could imagine relating to Anne and PEI.

After visiting the house and grounds, we had to visit the store. It has the best "Anne" memorabilia. I had to have the Anne pigtails for my two granddaughters. We were on a tight schedule and the ladies in the store were so helpful and got my order complete in record time and arranged to have it mailed to the... More

Boy! I hadn't read these books in years. Visiting the place that inspired the Anne of Green Gables Books made me purchase the series when we got home. Am on the first book and am totally enjoying it. Even more than when I first read them because now I have actually visited the area and can visualize what the story... More

Visiting the area that Lucy Maud Montgomery based her famous book "Anne of Green Gables" on just gave you a warm happy feeling as you relived what you visualized reading the book. Be sure and see the movie version of the book before visiting to really understand the area. Beautiful landscape!
