You'll end up going through it if you stroll up Yonge Street or visit the Eatons Centre and go out onto the street. It is loud and bright. There are often events there. Kids will love to play in the fountains in the summer. Closely located to restaurants, shopping and the subway. Way better than what used to be there! More

Live band performances and eaton centre are the biggest attractions at young-dundas square. Hard rock cafe at one corner is another great attraction here. Great restaurants and indian cuisine restaurants made our trip even better. Kathmandu restaurant 1 km north on yonge street is one of the best place to get indian food. More

Hip and happening for the younger generation. Great for bands, but need to be elevated to see properly! More

Just kinda crowded, loud, annoying pan handlers. Movie theatres. At least the local street performers add something interesting. More

This is an ugly area now, filled with gigantic billboards advertising a bunch of crap that no one needs. The square itself is supposed to be a public square, but because they're running it "like a business venture" (according to its website), you have to pay outrageous sums of money if you want to organize anything there, and in order... Okay,I am not a fan of Yonge/Dundas -but finally, they are cleaning the place up. I would not recommend tourists go there, because it is just a zoo,and too many better things to do while in Toronto More

This was developed to make a happening square in the middle of the city. The programming is usually mediocre but once in a while something good does take place. Check it out if in the area. Not worth making it a destination. More

We love walking the streets with our kids. There is always some sort of live entertainment going on. The buskers and performers in the summer are always entertaining. Not impressed with the religious groups touting their mantra, but easy to just say "No Thanks" More
