They met at the Limelight Dinner Theatre where they began their professional theatre careers, Brian as a performer and Lili as Restaurant Manager. In 1987 they created Mysteriously Yours, and began developing their unique style of interactive murder mysteries at the prestigious Royal York Hotel. Has developed a repertoire of over 50 original mysteries. In October 1999, Lili and Brian came full circle as they proudly attended the opening of their smash hit Murder On The Limelight Express! Had a great time at this dinner theatre. Food was good, the cast was a hoot and totally enjoyed every minute!

I went with a group of friends from the UK, Canada and the US so we were a truly international bunch, on a Saturday night. What a hoot. We all made an effort to dress 20's style and got right into the spirit of the speakeasy. Food was very good-better than I have had a dinner theatre here in the... More

This has been on my list for 20 years. Jumped at it when I saw it on Groupon. The story was similar from the other people at our table. It wasn't the discount so much as having the opportunity put right in our faces. I assumed the show was the attraction and they would slum the food. I couldn't be... More

Thank you Andrea for making our reservation !!! We sat at a table with two wonderful couples tonight. The appetizer and dessert were amazing, salmon not so great. The actors were entertaining and did an amazing job of interacting with the audience. I liked the fact that they highlighted birthdays and wedding anniversaries – nice touch. There was even a bachelorette... More

I didn't really know what to expected when I was invited out for this event. I thought that I would have to be an actor when I was first explained what this was but was relieved to see that it was just dinner and a show (with minor audience participation). I thought that the food was very good ( ordered... More

My friend and I wanted to have fun one night so we went out to the mysteriously yours restraunt, worst choice I have ever made. The food was terrible ( only 3 main meal options ), acting was horrid and worst of all the waiters treated you like a rock on the streets! All in all I'm never going back... More

Hi chickenenchiladas, Thank you for your recent review - wow, we were surprised to hear that you had such an uncommonly bad experience at Mysteriously Yours! We provide feedback cards to guests at each and every show and the comments on the food (please note there are 4 main course options, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options), acting, and... Have been to mysteriously your twice. Last year we saw the fairy take show and recently the 1920s show. Loved both! The shows are funny and really interactive. The cast will include the audience in pieces of the show! Especially if you are celebrating a special occasion! The food is really good! Much better than expected! The price is a... More

This is the second time I've been to Mysteriously Yours. Last May I went to a fairy tale themed showed & last week I attended again, this time with my two brothers. The show was Speak Easy a roaring 20's murder mystery. The show was hysterical, the cast absolutely hilarious & so friendly. The meal was top notch & the... More

This is my third time at Mysteriously yours in ten years, and the show has remained consistently good in that time. We were there for 'Speakeasy', which is Thirties New York themed with serious Wizard of Oz overtones. In case there is any doubt, this is dinner plus a show and runs weekend evenings. The humour from the actors is... More

I went for the Uptown Abbey show and even though I'm not a fan of Downtown Abbey, I found the Uptown Abbey show was hilarious! I'm looking forward to their next production. Food was alright, you can probably find other restaurants in town with better food for about the same price but it certainly was convenient and felt like you... More

Hi Justin, Thank you for the kind words about your recent visit to Mysteriously Yours and our current show, Uptown Abbey. We're very happy to hear that you loved the show even though you're not a fan of the popular British drama; we try to write our mysteries with a broad enough theme so that anyone can enjoy them!
