I am fairly difficult to amuse, but, I found Second City and their great cast of performers to be impressive, and funny as hell. The show started a bit slow, but, as the cast became more comfortable, their talents began to show, and they did an incredible job. The current cast has quite a bit to live up to, but... More

I've always wanted to go see a show here and I'm glad I did. Sketch comedy should be seen live and this is the place to do it.

We had such a great time! The guys were HILLARIOUS, and I was so impressed by their ability to improvise (we got some extra improv after the show ended). They pack the room tight tho, so try to get there early to get the better seats (30min before start would be great). Must see!

Easy to order tickets to a fun night out Easy to get to on streetcar. The group of 6 were quite funny with several different skits - not too off color and my daughter especially loved and laughed quite hard. I enjoyed although I do think it's probably geared more toward the 20 - 40 yr olds.

The show was nothing short but amazing! The place itself very welcoming and friendly. Good beverages but the food was just average. We happened to stumble in and got tickets, the show was much better than we would ever expect.

This is a great date night and is extremely affordable. The actors are very talented and the venue has a nice caberet vibe.

I have been twice now to see a show here and both times were absolutely hilarious! The comedians are so professional and very funny! Drinks are kind of expensive but such a fun night out in the city!

My husband and I went to the 10 o'clock showing and it was fantastic. The performers are very talented and I found some of them much better than those on SNL! After the sketch show they did some improv as well. It was a great time and I highly recommend it!

Staying in Downtown West

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
