took the late afternoon sail. staff were friendly and had good commentary. nice sail out past the airport with the sails up. stunning views of the city skyline.
Excited at first to be on this ship in spite of the rain but the stench of exhaust from the diesel engine was sickening. For a half hour at the dock waiting to sail, exhaust fumes from the port side of the stern sent a cloud of fumes across the whole deck. There was no relief except to walk near... More
The tall ship cruise check in was easy and quick. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cruise was as advertised with 30 minutes for boarding and 1.5 hours on the water. The ship was stable with little motion due to waves. Visitors could even help raise the sails. The views of the Toronto skyline were amazing. Very good value... More
We really enjoyed our sail aboard Kajama in Toronto's harbour. In addition, the whole harbourfront is nice and has many green spaces, as well as attractions, festivals and concerts through the summer. The current reconstruction of the area will only add more beauty!
We went on a Thursday afternoon and it was enjoyable. The boat was on time picking us up and dropping us off. Staff were not overly social or friendly though. Drinks were fairly expensive ($16 for a cider and a beer) and we did not try any of the food, but others around us were eating and said it was... More
Enjoyed a Sat. am sail. The weather was great, clear day with bright sun, warm with cooling lake breezes, we don't see much of that on our side of the lake. The crew was great. A couple hours well spent, and a nice picture to remind us of that.
Sailed 8/10 at 11:30 am. Boarded quickly, warmly greeted. Ship was full but not crowded. Wonderful way to see Toronto Harbor. Staff seemed not only friendly towards us but also seemed to enjoy their job/working with each other. Lovely Saturday morning all in all.

My family and I were invited to take a cruise on Lake Ontario on The Tall Ship Kajama. A three masted Schooner that takes you on a tour of the Toronto Harbor. Now I know nothing about sailing, but I thought this would be an adventure for my kids, and my father who just happened to have his 65th birthday... More
Bought two groupons for a tour, and company refused to honour them, even though there was still space available on the ship. Woman whom I spoke with indicated that there was only room for "people paying full price." When asked if we could use our voucher if they ship wasn't full, she was extremely rude. Would not consider booking with... More
Dear Customer Just want to start off by saying I'm sorry you felt you were so badly mistreated you felt you needed to set up a trip advisor account to write this one review. WE ABSOLUTELY honour all Groupon tickets that have been sold and even ones from last season. We do sell out often at weekends and if it... More
The ship is beautiful and it really has a soul. It's a pure pleasure being aboard. The best thing is that it's a sail just for fun and there is no narrated tour - you're free to enjoy the beautiful views without interruptions. Don't fret if the benches are full when you arrive - they have lot's of spare plastic... More
