Go every year with friends to hear Ron Nigrini. Good food and nice atmosphere. Parking and subway close.

Great musical venue with very good acts. Sound has always been good. Meals were quite good, I have been several times.

Great selection of musical acts! It's an intimate venue to enjoy live music. Hugh's Room is a great supporter of local musicians in Toronto.

Hugh's room is a great place to enjoy music and entertainment. Everyone has a seat and all the seats are good as it graduated elevation away from the stage. It's small and quaint and you can enjoy your food and drinks at your table or at the bar while listening to the music. You can usually meet the artists at... More

I've been to Hugh's Room many times-- probably several times a year. It is a lovely place to hear music as the audience listens! Unfortunately the food and service always leave a little something to be desired.

First rate venue for jazz and blues - lovely intimate atmosphere and top performers - the food can be excellent but varies but the service is always fabulous!

One of the best places ANYWHERE for live music! Awesome venue! Top names and up and coming acts. 100 characters is too many to have to type blah blah blah blah

This place would rate 5 stars if the menu was reworked. I always enjoy Hugh's room but ,more often than not, am disappointed with the... More

unusual in that the sight lines are especially good since there are few columns to obstruct the view of the artists

I have been to the Hugh's Room a couple of times as I search for an upscale blues and jazz venue in Toronto that is similar to Scullers or Regattabar in Boston, my hometown. The entertainment has been mixed with excellent blues singers at the Etta James festival and a poor performance by a disinterested blues singer, Susie Vinnick. The... More
