Metropolitan United Church has a long history. It hosts many non-religious events. We attended a "Kirtan Wallah". For such a large sanctuary there was no noticeable echo that one might expect. The musical experience the choir offers week after week is outstanding! Though the Met choir is such a standout, there are so many more and varied musical offerings at the Met contributing to its unique ablity to celebrate life and worhsip through beautiful music. Sermons outstanding, the total production of some Sunday services are worthy of charging for!
