The market class at Le Dolci is super fun and unique! I enjoyed shopping as a group at the trinity Bellwoods farmers market and heading back to the studio where chef Christoph teaches us to create masterpieces! All with wine pairings, a beautiful setting and great new friends. I would take this class again, it's a fun way to learn... More

For my bachelorette, my girlfriends and I took a macaron making class at Le Dolci and it was awesome! The instructor was friendly, fun, and such a pro! We made a ton of macarons and got to take them all home. I highly recommend taking any of their classes! They're super fun!

Review from my mother: When my daughter asked me to make the cake for her wedding, I went to Le Dolci to learn how to translate my famous chocolate cake into a beautiful and professional wedding cake for 140 people. They taught me how to layer, compile and properly spread the icing. They taught me how to carry and transport... More

We got to learn so much about the different ways to decorate cupcakes with both buttercream and fondant. We also got to take a dozen cupcakes home!! The staff was incredible, passionate, and really friendly.... More

I always thought bread was difficult to make: you either needed a degree in chemistry or an expensive bread making machine to create the perfect bread. Not so! I went to Le Dolci's bread-making class last night, and with the help of Chef John I can now bake brioche and focaccia in no time flat. Oh yes, I will be... More

I had so much fun making those yummy macarons and doughnuts. The recipes were easy to follow. I can’t wait to make them at home and register more classes with Le... More
