Went with my friend to Woodbine for the first time. It was so busy it was difficult to move around let alone get a seat and forget trying to get a beverage. Maybe it was the wrong day to go, we went the first of the month in November. I'm not sure I will go again but never say never.

There are plenty of 1 or 2 cent slot machines but most have compulsary set amounts per spin, therefore each spin may ended up paying $1 or $1.50 each. What a rip off if you are nor detail-oriented. The gamblers are plenty, but most of the big amount winnings happen on weekends and holidays only, balance of the week its... More

My friend and I had come to Toronto for the Taste of the Danforth and were looking for somewhere to go the night before. We have visited many casino/slot establishments and were looking forward to checking this one out. We were there for 3 hours and couldn't get a beverage to save our soul. We had to chase down a... This casino is poorly run, the drink service is negligible, the slots are shoehorned together, half the time the bill breaking machines don't work, the cleaners and staff stand around and gab. However, if you like the slots and do not want to travel another hour and a half to Mohawk (which is a much nicer albeit smaller casino), this... More

Woodbine Racetrack host Queens Pate every year. Someone from the British Royal family or their representative always come to present the trophy. I was in the corporate tent and the service was top class. I look the liberty to walk around the racetrack. Indeed it was credit to Woodbine for doing such a wonderful job to make everyone happy. I... More

If you come to Toronto and are bored and in need of some gambling fun and excitement – consider woodbine racetrack in Toronto. This track is a must see if you're in the area. The buffet at the Club was the best I've ever had. The options were endless and the attention to detail was amazing (grilling prime rib to your liking). The track was decorated with fresh flowers everywhere. Very modern and clean. The slots were a bit crowded but that's to... More

I had about half a day to spend between flights and decided to visit the mall across from here. Because there was nog much to see their I crossed the street and had a look at the casino. It all felt a bit eerie and I was happy to leave. But I would like to come back for the horse... More

The horseracing options are excellent with lots of room, decent seating and fair-priced food. The OLG slots and casino area is pathetic. There's no room to hardly move, very understaffed, trying to get a drink in the place or find a bathroom or even an exit is a lesson in frustration and futility. The security is useless. I am obviously... More
