What a great tour! Chef Scott was our host... he was knowledgeable about the architecture and history of Old Town and we did a quick walking tour before starting our food tour of St Lawrence Market. Starting with a great coffee and ending with an Olive oil tasting...We enjoyed a great variety of local food including the world famous peameal... More

Spent the morning foraging for mushrooms with two delightful and informative hosts. Thanks Chef Scott and Grant for introducing us to the world of mushrooms and other edibles. Great lunch, beautiful morning. Highly recommend!

We were new to Toronto, and wanted to see the parts of the city that you only know about as a local. Chef Scott goes above and beyond in this aspect in his tours. The places he takes you showcase distinctive culinary experiences, but you also get a sense of the local history and culture, and how that has influenced... More

I signed my family up for the tour, which consisted of my husband, 20 year old son and myself. We were met by Chef Scott at our meeting place and another three people signed up for the tour. The only thing that I can say is that this tour was a blast! We started with visiting a shortbread cookie company... More

My husband and I spent the most amazing morning foraging for wild mushrooms this morning in the city! I had always wanted to do this but never thought it possible as we live in the city and don't drive. Well, who knew that just minutes from our house in midtown there is a woodland park area that has an abundance... More

My nephew and I had so much fun on this tour. I am a native Torontonian and my nephew comes to visit from Scotland from time to time. After this first wonderful experience with Chef Scott, we have pledged to work our way through his entire roster of culinary adventures. I have already been promoting the adventures to my friends... My friend and I took the Little Italy tour last night. Since we were the only ones who had booked, we were extremely lucky to have Chef Scott as our personal tour guide! We had a fantastic time with exceptional food and drink at 3 different venues. Each venue was specifically picked to provide us with a sample of the... More

This was a great food tour to do that gave a lot of insight about not only the stores but the stories behind them. There were plenty of food tastings that ranged from shortbread, to olive oil, bread and fish. Great variety of places and tons of food knowledge was provided by the shop owners as well as Chef Scott... More

Ok, by now you get it that tour companies live and die by five star reviews on trip advisor, along with all the "greatest" and "best" and "most wonderful" comments that pile up endlessly. Sometimes, you can be tricked into thinking that marginal experiences are "fantastic". Well, this here is the real deal. Rather than detail each unique stop that... More
