My wife and I went out with one of Chef Scott's groups on a Tuesday evening during a short visit to Toronto. We had an absolutely great time. Scott's knowledge of food and the food scene in Toronto is encyclopedic, as you'd expect, but it's also infused with a real sense of fun. We started at a private speakeasy, had... More

Chef Scott runs top notch events. My bought the tour of OZ for my birthday since we both share the love of good food and trying new things. We were excited to be tourists in our own city (now when we have visitors we can pass off this tour as our own ;) ) We were greeted by Chef at... More

I am from Toronto and had a family member visiting. I found this activity online looking for something touristy to do, but that would still be fun for me as a local. This activity was wonderful!!!! The canoeing was well organised and dinner on the Island was informal and DELICIOUS. I had thirds. The canoe ride back towards the light... More

This tour appealed to me because it seemed so unique and had something for everyone - canoeing for the more adventure-minded and a gourmet picnic for the foodie. It did not disappoint! Canoeing across Lake Ontario was fun - just strenuous enough to work up an appetite. On the way, we went through a bird sanctuary and paddled through lily... More

We are thrilled that you enjoyed our Signature Canoe Paddle to the island. Everything from the Ghost Stories (from Tyler) to the view of the city on the way back with the light show (which we planned of course). We are always happy to provide restaurant recommendations when in the city as well - food is what we do! We... More

My husband and I are just finishing our first trip to Toronto, and are so glad that one of the first things we did during the week was to take Chef Scott's tour of the St. Lawrence Market and the Old Town. Filled with interesting stories about Toronto and Canadian history, and extremely knowledgeable about all things food, Chef Scott... More

We are thrilled that we were able to help make your first trip to Toronto a good one. St Lawrence market is a MUST when visiting Toronto (so says National Geographic). We are also always happy to provide restaurant recommendations and it's no surprise you ran into Chef Scott. We hope to see you again soon when you return to... More

I live in Toronto and discovered this excursion quite randomly. I have never canoed to the Toronto Islands before and this experience created a totally different perspective on what a beautiful city Toronto is! The canoe guide, Tyler offered great historical insights about the city and the islands. Chef Scott and Mitch added great stories and personality to the trip... More

We participated in the Ossington Food Tour and had an absolutely great time. Chef Scott was our guide and did a great job giving us tidbits of info for the area and pointing out restaurants to try in the future. Without him pointing these little restaurants out, I doubt we would have noticed them or thought to give them a... More

This was a fantastic experience! We canoed from Toronto harbor through a bird sanctuary to one of the Toronto Islands where we had a great meal featuring local cuisine and locally grown produce. Chef Scott and staff were wonderful. We ate, talked, laughed, roasted marshmallows and pecan pies until after dark, then canoed back into Toronto. The lit up Toronto... More

This is the 2nd Tour we've taken with Culinary Adventures. It didn't disappoint once again. While my husband and I are familiar with Toronto's Little Italy we experienced it in a very different way.
