First things first, don't expect this tour to be exclusively Italian food. It is a display of the "past, present and future" of the neighborhood called Little Italy. Chef Scott, (our guide for the night) was very well informed about the history and the type of cuisine at each restaurant. Enjoy the night with an open mind and empty stomach.... More

Me and my boyfriend didn't know what to expect. It was our first time trying something like this out. Scott was a wonderful host, telling us stories about each place we visited. The Food and drinks were delicious! We were so full by the end of the night, I couldn't finish all the courses so we took some home. This... More

When looking for an idea for my husbands 50th birthday my son recommended an evening with Chef Scott in Toronto, as he recently did an Indian tour with him. Chef Scott arranged an interesting and fun evening for us which started in Little Italy, ate so much, then to Baldwin Village for Korean food. The evening ended at the Vintage... More

We ate and drank while listening to stories of chef Scott. Food was great & each spot had its own twist. The birthday girl was taught how to open a bottle do champaign... More

Thank you Chef Scott for a wonderful evening filled with excellent food, wine, drinks and interesting stories. Our group of 12 women celebrating a 60th birthday couldn't have picked a better choice for a party. It was so much fun to start the evening at a private "speakeasy" and move on to other bars and restaurants to indulge ourselves. Your... More

Our mission is to explore areas of Toronto that we would not normally visit. We pass by thousands of doorways in our busy lives without ever knowing what is behind them. But today, some of those doors were opened as we walked with Chef Scott on the Riverside Leslieville Tour. Chef's knowledge of the local history and his sense of... More

We spent an entire day doing the "Maple in the County" tour. I can't remember the last time I enjoyed the day so much, in spite of freezing my Florida blood in the cold of winter in Ontario. Three winery's, two sugar shacks, breakfast and lunch (maple themed), all included. My partner is a "non-drinker" who wouldn't stop commenting about... More

We went to three different places: 1. Members only cocktail bar with the best cocktails I have ever tasted. We also had appetizers of pate, bread, and shrimp, and these were very tasty. 2. A traditional Italian Restaurant with some red wine and limoncello. We tasted a pear and walnut pizza, lasagna, and tiramisu. The food was very good, but... More

My wife bought me the Hog Butchering class in early Feb. Unfortunately I was very sick when the day rolled around and contacted Chef Scott 30 minutes before class.
