Four of us did the evening light tour of the falls with Grey Line and we all really enjoyed the whole experience. We found the driver, Don, and the guide, Chrystal, extremely good, attentive, and entertaining, (apologies if names are spelt incorrectly). Our pick-up at the station was prompt and our return to our hotel very convenient. The tour itself... More

The organisation of the tour was absolutely fantastic and in our opinion could not of been better. As for the tour itself, the day started out wonderfully with touring alongside the falls followed by a drop off to view and the opportunity for picture taking of the amazing scenery. This was then followed by a delicious meal at one of... More

Was a great trip, both driver and tour guide were very friendly and helpful, even helped me out with a taxi back to my hotel at 1130PM on our return from the tour, as my hotel was not in the city. The tour itself was great, lots of time to explore by yourself, and the meal at the hotel was... More

One of our worst holiday experiences, 2 and a half hours seeing nothing! Really there isn't much to see it's a modern North American City with skyscrapers. En route they stopped 3 times supposedly for 5 minutes but which turned out to be 20-30 minutes each time. Traffic was terrible and the guides had nothing to say. Save yourself the... More

Booked an excursion to the vineyards of Ontario with Gray Line of Ontario. When the coach set off from Toronto most passengers were going to Niagara Falls, I was the only one who was doing the Niagara Winery Tour. I was dropped off by Gray Line of Ontario at the Niagara on the Lake Visitors centre car park and was... More

On a recent business trip to Toronto, I managed to get my wife along for a long weekend. I have worked in Canada many times but never done any of the touristy things, and obviously at the top of my list was a trip to Niagara Falls. I asked in my hotel for some advice and they recommended the Grayline... More

Pick up was on time but subsequent delays at the bus station were not appreciated. The tour guide Grant was knowledgable and talkative but spent most of his time standing or leaning on the front seat therefore blocking a view through the front of the coach, he could have remained seated to provide his commentary. The trip was enjoyable and... More

The bus was great, the guide was good, the view was spectacular and the price was fair. I would have liked more time to walk around the 2 towns we stopped to see and skipped the wine tasting. The wine tasting was good but I would have preferred to spend our limited time in the towns. I would recommend doing... More

We booked this tour to Niagara Falls a month in advance with exchanges of emails that included my cell number confirming we were to be picked up in front of our hotel at 940am. No bus so I call at 950 and was informed that they called our hotel the day before saying the pickup has been moved to a... More

Thank you for taking the time to review us on TripAdvisor. I was reading through your comments and would like to help understand the inconvenience you received the day of your tour. In addition to various highway and road closures the city does alot of Marathon/Walks/Runs for great causes. On this Sunday they did close down half of the city... More

I was picked up from my downtown Toronto hotel at 9.35am in a less than impressive coach and after other hotel pick ups it was 10.10am before we left the coach station for Niagara Falls. It took exactly 2 hours to get the helipad for those taking the spectacular flight over the falls. I gather those who didn't do it... More

Dear Andrew B, Thank you for taking the time to review our tour. I do agree that we could all sit by the falls all day as it is memorizing. Being in the tourism industry for a 100 years we try to ensure that all passengers whether they come from near or far, get the opportunity to experience all that... More
