Segway tour at horseshoe resort

We took the Segway tour on our honeymoon. Our first time on a Segway and it was awesome. The tour guides Kyle and Derek were so fun and made learning easy. We highly recommend it!!

I went to Segway of Ontario for a birthday even and it was SO much fun! The business was so professional responding to business inquiries and accommodating our group. We all had a blast riding through the distillery tour. Our tour guides Gavin and Logan were funny and knowledgeable. 100% recommended!!!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a fun inexpensive activity to do in the distillery district and Segway of Ontario did not disappoint! Being a self proclaimed clutz, I was extremely nervous about using the segway but our guide Will did an amazing job in acclimitizing us to the equipment. The tour itself was very informative and gave us rich... Had a wonderful and memorable time when my wife and I registered for a 30-minute Segway tour at Toronto's distillery district. The guides (Joseph and Erik) were awesome making the tour more enjoyable. All said and done, we felt the pricing is a bit on the higher side - probably the reason why Segway tours haven't become so widespread despite... More

We just returned from Horseshoe Valley and did the Segway with Kyle and Evan. We had a BLAST!! They did a great job of showing us how to use the Segway and took lots of time with us during the tour. Kyle was funny and knew the product and his tour was great. We did the half hour tour but... More

Our guide Gavin was very knowledgeable and passionate about the area. The tour had many interesting historical facts about the district. The chocolate and beer tastings were a nice end to the tour. The tour lasted barely an hour and compared to other advertised tours in Toronto was somewhat expensive.

My husband and I had a great time on the Prohibition and Whiskey Tour. We popped into some cool buildings that we never would have walked into otherwise. We loved hearing the history of Canada's prohibition and the Distillery District. Our tour guides were equally informative and fun. We felt like we were hanging out with friends instead of tour... This was really fun. And interesting. At the same time! Our guide Joseph Landau took us on a trip using Segways. First we had a brief introduction to Segways, then we took off, driving in the Destillery District. About every five minutes, we stopped and Joseph told us - in a fun way - historical facts both about Canada and... More

Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
