It is a gorgeous park where I had my wedding pictures taken over 28 years ago. We loved it here and now live in the neighbourhood. My runs through the park are amazing and everyday I am either running through it or driving by it. Love the horticultural events there too!

Beautiful and stunning flower gardens. My husband walks through the park almost every day during his lunch break. Not the best for kids though, no ball playing/frisbee or picnics allowed whatsoever.

Even though it is served by public transportation, but it is much easy if you can drive there. Parking is usually a non-issue during the week. Our family loves to walk there anytime of the year. In the summer time the garden is adorned with many kind of flowers. The garden also has a couple of teaching gardens for kids... More

Lovely no-cost spot to enjoy a stroll and take in the beauty of bountiful blooms well cared for and creatively landscaped. Very nice coffee shop on premises with lovely baked goods and nice fried beet or bean chips to snack on. Great gift shop on premises, Organic market every Thursday, and June 25 through August 27, 2015, there will be... More

I have been to this place thrice! Enjoyed every visit. It is a great spot for run, stroll, or just to sit and enjoy the peace and beauty. You will always see atleast one couple/wedding party doing their photo-shoot. There is also a small creek that runs through the park, love the sound of it. It is a spot that... More

A tranquil spot within the city, where nature meets city. If your a photographer or would like to avoid the crowds, I would suggest sunrise when there are less people (joggers, walkers or fellow photogs after the golden hour. Plenty of flora, fauna during the spring, summer and fall. Winter is mainly for snowscapes. Always a great place to relax... More

For the traveller, this place isn't worth your visit. There isn't much to see, even if you are a garden and botany aficionado, like I am. For the locals, it's a good place to do wedding photography, and a starting point for your trails bike ride in Toronto.
