gorgeous, tranquil, peaceful - beautiful in all seasons. park is very well maintained during spring/summer/fall. great place to go for a walk (with or without a pet) or for a run but watch out for cyclists. Thursday afternoon/evenings they host a flea market with fruits, veggies and meats. I've never had a bad experience while visiting. (I believe parking is... More

We went to Corks for a pizza and beer and then hiking in the park. How lovely. Ponds, trees, wildlife, flowers and winding paths. Check out the Snap Dragons! The most fun flower around! :)

Nice place for a walk in a semi-formal gardens, suitable for comfortable casual clothes or even formal clothes. Nice display of specimen plants and extensive flower-beds, and a snack bar that sells healthy, decent snack foods again (as opposed to pre-packaged, processed, mass-produced brand name products from multi-national corporations)
