I booked in to do the Kensington Market & Chinatown walking tour whilst I was in Toronto and to my surprise, this tour ran on the day I wanted to do it, despite the fact that I was the only participant! I had a very enjoyable walk around the streets of Toronto on this tour, learning a lot about the... More

My wife and I recently took two separate tours on the same day using Urban Adventures. We met our guide, Mike, in the morning near the art gallery to tour Chinatown and Kensington Market. Chinatown impressed me with its beautiful graffiti, Kensington Market with its rich diversity and delicious food, and Mike with his intelligent, thoughtful and interesting insight into... More

We decided to visit Toronto for the first time, and the Chinatown and Kensington Market was our first attraction. I'm glad it was! Our tour guide, Mike, was friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. He's a great public speaker, and we noticed he did an outstanding job at ensuring that the children in our group understood the information he presented as part... More

This was a great way to spend the morning! The meeting place is easy to find and starts at a good place in Chinatown. We followed the main street down and found all the places to come back to as a food crawl in the afternoon. Pointing out the cheese shop, cafes, where to get amazing Jamaican Italian fusion food,... Had the pleasure of Jason's great knowledge and conversation on the "when pigs fry" tour, very surprised that there was only my wife & myself on the tour but they go ahead even if only 1 person books. The choice of food was great & the information to go with it was terrific, he made a couple of slight alterations... More

I went on this tour for my birthday with a group of friends (all in our late 20's) and it was a great time! One of the best activities that I've done in Toronto. Our tour guide, Mike, was funny, knowledgable, and very accommodating. Certainly worth the money!

As a tip, make sure you book using the Urban Adventures site, we went through a 3rd party vendor and it almost screw up completely. Mike was our guide and he was amazing and very insightful. He was able to make the experience entertaining and always helping out with ideas. I plan on recommending it to anyone I know that... More

What a great afternoon! We had a very private tour just myself and the wife as the other expected party had a delayed flight. But Mike our guide for the tour was fantastic, not just about about beer but a very informative history of Toronto as well as the importance beer made. Tried some beers we would never have thought... On a solo trip to Toronto last September, I decided a tour was the best way to see the city. This was the Beer Makes History Better tour, and oh the beer made it better! This walking tour was very informative, not only learning about the different breweries and beers in town, but also the history and infrastructure around prohibition... More

What a great idea.... a relaxed yet informative tour of some of Toronto's oldest Architecture and history while taking in local craft beers and proper ale's. We took in wine tasting and some awesome mustard too while in St Lawrence Market
