Very nice, but if one is going to compare to the Niagara 'commercialized' place you will not be happy. This is just a very laid back and a 'natural' setting for camping and such to be with nature, and some history.

Park is very clean and well taken care of. The falls are breathtaking in their majesty and height. If you are there when the flow over the falls is large it is a sight to behold. There are nature trails to walk and the swimming is at a supervised beach above the falls. There are many amenities around the park... More

Worth the short drive from Thunder Bay! Very accessible and beautiful. There are two short hiking paths that are wheelchair accessible, so we could take our little one in her stroller. Great infrastructure to see the falls.

If you are traveling through this area of Canada don't forget to visit these falls. This was a destination for us and was outstanding. We went to both sides of the falls to take photographs and was well worth the short walk. On woman that was talking to my wife said these fall were only 30 meters shorter that the... More

Visited the Kakabeka Falls in the summer time. The facility was clean and offered the ability to view the falls from both sides. There are viewing platforms and a gift shop.

Beautiful view free to see the falls but where they get you is it cost 3 dollars to park minimum and the price goes up the longer you stay .

Took in one of the trails and enjoyed the falls on a nice sunny day. Well worth it. In need of proper gripping shoes as there is quite a few steep hills.

The Niagara Falls of the North with the addition of natural beauty surrounding it !! Spent a wonderful hour strolling along the walkway to various lookout/photo spots. The falls are impressive, especially with nothing but unspoiled nature surrounding them. Definitely worth the drive to see Kakabeka Falls :D

The history of Kakabeka Falls goes back to the voyageur. The falls are beautiful and well worth the time. The campground is split into two areas. The lower one, closer to the falls and the upper (Whispering Hills) larger one some distance away. We chose the upper campground as it has electrical power which we prefer. The sites are large...
