Loved it. Saw Much Ado About Nothing with 600 high school kids who were entranced! They 'got it' and were quiet and respectful More

The setting is beautiful...Startford on Avon. Manicured gardens surrounds the Festival Theatre; there's a park and a pavilion near-by; during summer and tourist season you can listen to outdoor music from the pavilion while children laugh and play on nearby playground climbing equipments...priceless!! Watched the Matchmaker and 42nd street. The Festival has some better than other seating but really not a bad seat in the place. The direction and the performances are nothing less than world class! More

Recently did a whirlwind trip to Stratford and caught 42nd Street and Pirates of Penzance in the same day. Both shows were excellent. I especially highly recommend Pirates - it's a well done production with an amazingly talented cast (some gorgeous voices in there) that did justice to the fun wordplay and music of the show. More
