From the front it doesn't look like much. The park is huge. There are opportunities to feed some of the animals. My favourite are the giraffes! The park also has a water park, playground and a big a very big sand box with trucks and things to play with.

We love this zoo and it is my granddaughter's favorite place to go. You can clearly see the animals and the space between each exhibit is woodsy and natural. There is a wonderful variety of animals to see also. My one complaint is not enough signage regarding the animal. There is also a splash park which was a great relief... More

The zoo animals were terribly sad, which made us sad. By the time we got through, we were going to leave but decided to try out the water park. The water park was so much fun!!! :D They had cheesy "carnival" sit down rides that weren't necessary, but had a really cool rope climbing attraction for kids. If they just... More

My wife and I were on vacation in Niagara, and we love wildlife so we decided to check this place out. It is not as big as some other zoos, so it was easier to walk around the place. They do supply transportation around the place, and believe me it was used more than once. You can get up close... More

Went with another close family with children ranging from age 5 to 9. All of us had a great time and the weather was perfect. We went earlier in the day and since summer is officially over, the water park and other activities were closed. Not a big deal, as it helped with keeping crowds away. Riding the trams around... This is a family owned operation. The family has ownd this since their father just had a petting zoo with local farm animals. Since the father passed on, the family made his dreams come alive. Now it is huge with lots of animals from a lot of different countries, they are lovingly cared for. There are a lot of things... More

We went with friends, no kids. Got a wagjag deal so weren't too worried if it ended up being lame. We had a good time. Learned things we hadn't known before. It was a cool day (September, and when the wind blew it was downright cold)... but some of the animals were still lumbering about. I added the "but" because... More

I haven't been here in 12 years and now I remember. I took my grandson on Sept.12th and found a costly entrance fee; the same lethargic animals and some without mates with them especially the big cats! Of all the animals, only the giraffes came to the fence or made a move and only because food was forth coming. The... More

We love this place, however make sure you go in season before labour day as most things are not there. We were there x2 and most recently last weekend had a great time. The only other bad thing was no restaurants were open.there was a guy cooking hotdogs but they were way over cooked and hard. The washrooms were clean and... More

We liked the variety of different animals. There is an interactive exhibit with the giraffes that is quite exciting. There is hardly any feed machines that either work (steal your toonies) or that actually have feed in them. Some of the featured exhibits on the website are not completed and empty such as the tigers. The tram ride was ok.... More
