Really sad experience for us, as animal lovers. Overpriced, poorly run and the animals look dejected. With so many attractions and natural experiences to enjoy in the Niagara region, this is one you can skip. Our kids didn't even enjoy the experience, it was sobering more than interesting.

Worth the drive from Toronto since the admission includes all the attractions so you don't have to worry about buying tickets for individual rides/attractions. Love that parking is free, the ropes course, huge jumping pad, 3 small rides for the kids, splash pad and everything available and included. Wasn't crowded like the Toronto Zoo and can easily hop on and... More

First time visiting this attraction. Bought tickets early online and saw it noted that taxes had to be paid at the gate. Got to the gate and the taxes came to just shy of C$10. I only had US money on me. I gave them a US$10 and got change as if I gave them a C$10. No exchange rate... More

First of all, we only visited zoo's in Quebec before we went to Safari Niagara. I don't know if regulations are more severe for animal care in Quebec but we were not impressed buy our visit here. The animals seem sick and there have to little space to live. They hardly moved all day. There enclosure are not attended to.... More

Loved every minute of this place..Free parking and easy to find.. The place is huge and as an elderly couple we just took our time and walked. We seen amazing animals who all were doing something when we stood at their cages.. The lion was roaring, the gibbons were putting on a show for us, the hippos lifted their heads... More

Absolutely spectacular place to take the kids. I took my 2 year old and we had a blast. He loved the monkeys and we had a great time at the family friendly splash pad. Good snacks to be found and friendly staff. We will be going back!!!

For 2 Adults it was $60 way too much compared to zoo's in the U.S. . Most of the animals were in great habitats, except in the woods area, the Big Cats were in small gloomy, wet and algae everywhere on everything! They rave about their collection of great cats, the white lions and tigers looked depressed, no enrichment, no... More

We used wag jag coupons for a day visit with our Grandchildren. In this park you can either walk around (a long walk) or take the Tram which is included in the price. This place is a good deal on wag jag but I doubt if I would pay full price,It does not compare to African lion safari. But having said that it...
