We were invited by friends to join them on this trip and we are so glad we went. The time on the train was so relaxing and the scenery was beautiful. We could not have been there on a better weekend as the colours were spectacular. Once you arrive in the canyon the time is limited but we found we... More

Anyone visiting Sault Ste Marie needs to go on the train. Wonderful day, great scenery and nice to hear the history of the area. Would suggest to take a picnic lunch

We booked this trip for our wedding anniversary which is perfectly timed in the fall to see all the best this tour has to offer. I don't think I would bother going in any other season. The beauty of this trip is the fall colours. It did not disappoint and the trees were stunning. It is a 4hour ride of... More

For just 1 1/2 hour in the park can hardly covers it, considering you spent four hours going and another four coming back on the train. You are supposed to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the Canyon, instead you feel so stressed out, running and rushing so you can cover most of the beautiful spots that the Park... More

We had great Fall colours on our day trip to the canyon. The views were wonderful and always anticipating the view around the next curve of the rails. I do think it was pricey and didn't realize the price was more in the Fall. The stop at the canyon was too short, we did get to see all the waterfalls... More

My husband and I took the Agawa Canyon Train Tour on September 22nd. We did see quite a bit of fall color in the trees--about 50% in some areas. Peak will probably be in a week or two and make for a spectacular train ride. The train itself was very clean and well maintained. Train employees were extremely friendly and... More

Cost for the Fall trip($220.00 for a senior and adult) is $41.50 more than the summer price. The reason is that they charge more for the "colors" !! Sorry the limited colors we saw were not worth that EXTRA let alone the $220.00 charge. Why?? 90% of the trip is in a rail line with trees that block 90% of... More

The Agawa Canyon Tour Train was fun as it clickety-clacked four hours toward the canyon. Lakes, rivers, communities, steel mill, forests, and railroad crossings passed by our viewing window. Also, negotiating our drunken-like walk through the train for snacks and drinks was quite fun. In the canyon, we trekked 45-minutes round trip to see two water falls. Both were beautiful... More
