It's free! What more could you want? A cute little place to walk around. I mean, it's free, so you aren't going to see anything insane, but it's a cute day out.

The fact that this zoo is free... the work they do, the behind the scenes things that people just don't see or understand. To make a zoo like this free to the public... I hold them in the highest respect levels I have! High Five to you all! The kids park and splashpad added to it for an overall all... More

We took our two grandchildren last Saturday for a couple of hours. It still amazes me that it is FREE! The animals were out, there were a lot of visitors with the same idea as we had. I would highly recommend this zoo over traveling and paying somewhere else in the area. It's a mature space as far as the... More

This is a good place to bring kids and enjoy the property without being stung for cash. However, the high fences mean that there are no photographic opportunities and the signs warning cyclists to stick to the road means it's not particularly cycling friendly either, but what zoo is? There is also a lot of construction this summer and the... More

What a great place to spend the day! The trails have lots of shady spots and picnic areas. The train ride was lots of fun. Our family really enjoyed this trip and to finish off the day we used the splash pad and playground which is all included in the price...FREE! They do accept donations but not required. People of... The only way you can make a great zoo better is to make it free and it is. From mini train rides to mountain lion it is great

I still can't believe this incredible attraction does not charge an admission fee! I have been with my family 3 times this summer, always with something different to see and do. They have the short train ride, the splash pad, a small rock climbing area, and many different play parks, all in addition to the animals. We are lucky to... More

This zoo has been there for 50 years or more and has always been free. They are always trying to expand the zoo and animals that they have. They have demonstrations and a train for the little ones. If you want a memorable time with your children or grand children, this is the place to take them.
